The temperature of the water in the pool could be a tad bit warmer. The personal attention by the staff enhanced our experience even further.

The location. The service level from the Management to the cleaning staff was top notch. The restaurant staff were top notch with exceptional service. Recommendations to local attractions and cuisines were exceptional. The room service was great. The food and drinks were perfect. The rooms were excellent with all amenities. The spa service was exceptional as well.

Outstanding service and quality of the hotel. The breakfast was exceptional. The pool area is amazing with great views. Location is perfect to reach the town and all the other popular places on the island. Everyone in the hotel was super friendly, smiling and customer-oriented leaving a great impression. Aphrodite was super kind and friendly. The room was brilliant. Will come back!

We had to leave and say goodbye to the staff at the end of our holiday.

beautifully presented in a contemporary style throughout all rooms. Rooms were large and very well equipped. Bed and linen was fantastic quality and really sumptuous to sleep in. Aircon made the room very comfortable for sleeping soundly. Food and drinks were exceptional; we ate twice in the Cove Restaurant and the food was fabulous. Drinks and cocktails were the best we’ve had anywhere, and the constant replenishment of iced water when at the pool was great. Breakfast was lovely with very healthy fresh food with the added bonus of an Al a Carte menu for egg dishes. However, the stand out memory for us was the staff; they were, without exception, the most friendly, attentive, professional and engaging staff we have ever experienced - they made the holiday for us as they were so wonderful to talk to and nothing was too much trouble. Everything they did was with a genuine smile and a desire to please. Thank you so much but also a huge we’ll done to the management as you’ve nurtured a fabulous team of wonderful talented young people. Would I go again? Yes please!

A little far from the town but if you’re looking for a great escape from everything is completely perfect!

Brand-new modern beautiful hotel. Amazing Diptyque bath products. The staff was really wonderful and helpful. They were great at helping us get transfers that we need it back-and-forth to the hotel. The breakfast was amazing with stunning views of the sea.

To be honest, we paid a suite with private pool which we couldn’t really enjoy since the location is in one of the most windy places and the pool wasn’t heated so the water was pretty cold especially in the evening. Also, the suite that they gave us was right on the street border so we couldn’t really get ourself comfortable as people could easily see us from the street. Another thing we didn’t really appreciated is that you are not allowed to used the spa and the gym unless you pay extra money for it. I understand massages and other services that require man-work and product-selling, but with the price they ask for, especially if you get a junior suite as we did, you should be allowed to use at least the gym and the sauna. I write these thing as a sincere advise to the hotel and not as a complain (except for the SPA thing - that does not make sense at all) so I hope the hotel will take this in a good way and try to improve on this.

The whole place James very clean and comfortable. The service is very efficient and they clean the room twice a day. The architecture is really modern, not to mention the rooms have all the last technologies in terms of domotic. The breakfast is simply amazing, with a lot of choice between International and Greek cuisine. The location is 5 minutes from Mykonos town, the majority of the staff is very nice and available, plus the make you feel very comfy.

This hotel is amazing! I liked absolutly everything from the first moment we step in, untill the last one. The design is beautiful, the hotel is new, spotlessly clean, with very nice facilities, as a sound system in your own room, very modern bath equipment, a huge and comfortable bed, Diptyque cosmetics witch a loved. The swiming pool is huge and has warm seawater inside, the view and all area near the pool is stunning, the breakfast is like a dream. The stuff, including the housekeeping team, the waiters, specially the cutest young girl I ever met-Athena and the very helpful Alexander, the general manager and actualy everybody there, made our holiday perfect. Me and my husband traveling a lot in the best hotels in the world, but this one was exceeded all our expectation! Defenetly will go back next time! Thank you again, Aeonic team !

Our experience at Aeonic Mykonos was wonderful. The interiors, rooms, cleanliness, facilities, services, location and most importantly, the staff were just amazing. From the moment we walked in everyone was so welcoming and kind. We were greeted by George who took care of our luggage and car and was always there for us with his genuine kindness and smiles. Checking in was quick and simple. We were then taken care of by Nelli who showed us around the hotel and to our room. She helped us retrieve our lost luggage and went out of her way to help us in many ways. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The most incredible hotel I’ve stayed at. As soon as you land in Mykonos, you are taken care of by the most friendly and amazing staff. The hotel itself is mesmerising! perfect location, extremely clean, and just overall perfect! I cannot recommend this place enough! the food is out of this world tasty! and the small touches in which this hotel add for its guest just really tops off the unforgettable experience! All I can say is “perfect”. Will most definitely be back!
