A lovely spacious studio with private balcony looking out to sea. Walking distance to nice restaurants either at the Lake or at the beach. Fotini was so welcoming and shared great information on easy day trips to take from Agios Nikolaos along with good restaurant recommendations. Pool was lovely after a hot day out. Would happily stay again.

We felt very welcomed. Mrs. Fotini gave us a lot of good advice on what to see and where to go. The location is perfect. Close to one of the nicest beaches in Ag. Nikolaos and close to the city centre without being too crowded. We enjoyed our breakfast with a view over the ocean and the pool area a lot! Thank you very much!

I stayed in a studio with a sea view and everything was just perfect. Fotini is a lovely host and takes very good care of her guests. She gave me lots of helpful tips for excursions in the area and the best restaurants in town. The location is also perfect, not in the middle of the city and therefore in a quiet neighborhood, but still very close to the center. You can take a nice 10-minute walk along the sea. This was my first time in Agios Nikolaos and Bellevue Studios after many years of traveling mainly in the western part of Crete, but I'm sure it won't be the last. Ευχαριστώ πολύ, Φωτεινή!

Although the season had not completely started there was still plenty going on. The city was very buzzy most evenings. We also found a free hop on hop off bus which stopped opposite the apartment. Which took you all around the city and ran every half hour until late evening. Perfect place to chill and visit surrounding areas.

We just had the loveliest stay at Bellevue in Agios Nikolaos! Our room was a real treat - we threw open the curtains each morning to this amazing view of the sea. It felt like they'd just painted the room (perfect timing for summer!), making everything nice and bright. But the best part? Meeting Fotini, the owner&GM! She was so welcoming and passionate about the area, sharing all sorts of hidden gems with us. We felt right at home!

The only thing missing was a shower door or curtain.

We really enjoyed our stay in Agios Nikolaos. We arrived late in the evening but the apartment was ready for us and there was even some homemade baklava waiting for us. The view from the studio with seaview was stunning and we really enjoyed the nice big balcony. There was also a washing machine. The only thing missing was a shower door or curtain.

The shower was small although it is about to be upgraded. The walk down to the Harbour was stiff although quite possible for a 75 year old with bad knees.

The breakfast was fine. The best feature was the beautiful view from the spacious balcony. Fontini brought treats and was very pleasant and helpful. We were able to do some laundry. There was a nice bakery and market nearby.

This was a really comfy apartment, with a little balcony and a lovely view. It is up the hill from the downtown and harbour, but Agios Nikolaos is very hilly anyways! There were stairs to go up to the suite, not a problem for us but perhaps to someone with mobility issues. Fotini was a lovely hostess and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

The bed is the only thing that needs improvement - small for two persons and very saggy.

Fotini is a great host and explained us all about the city, restaurants and nearby attractions. Thank you so much! This is a wonderful place to stay in Agios Nikolaos. We booked an appartment with seaview which really was very nice. We very much liked the situation with two rooms and the large balcony. The big fridge and the Nespresso coffemaker were exceptionally comfortable.

Shower is bit too small and open what causes a wet bathroom.

Nice pool and terras. Nice location, mix of local and touristic and 10 minutes (steep walk though) to center. A square with playground for our 2 years old and a nice bakery.

Amazing apartment, fully equipped and in the best location with breathtaking view! (Close to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants) The stuff was incredible giving us many many tips about what to do, where to go, where to eat etc. We will definitely come back!!
