There was a kettle, but no teabags or instant coffee. It would be a good idea to provide some, as there is no breakfast. We expected more from a 75 euro a night.

The place is newly renovated and the host is very friendly. It is very clean. The property is beachfront, but there are no beach beds. You would have to pay for them at a nearby facility. But the location is very quiet compared to the hotels near the port of Skala. All things considered, we would still choose this place.

Location was perfect, we stayed at a room with view at the sea which is maybe a little more in price but trust me its worth it! We actually extended our stay by 2 days and the reasons were because the rooms are exceptionally modern and clean(even the air conditioning is synced with the windows by Bluetooth!). Now, the host is so much friendly and kind, always available to help and communicate in no matter what we would want..Also, there is a staff lady that comes literally every morning to clean the room and give you cleaning stuff(replenish), or clean towels and also clean the whole room! We had an accident that we broke by mistake the mosquito window net and the next day, technician came and took care of it..same as air conditioning that 1 time it malfunctioned but in less than half an hour he came and fixed it for us! To sum it up, dreamy place with the beach and main touristic amenities literally 50m away including taverns, totally suggest it and we would love to visit again! Nektaria thank you for everything!

The location of the hotel was great! We had a room viewing the sea and we could walk to all of the restaurants, shops, and cafes within a few minutes. The room was cleaned every day and it was very modern!

It did not have the possibility, lack of facility, if we wanted even for an extra fee to have a coffee or breakfast . There were cafes nearby .

- No shelf in the bathroom to put the toiletries on. - The room was not completely dark at night due to a green (I assume emergency exit) light.

- The location was great, right next to the sea and (at most) 5 minutes from the first bars and shops in Skala. - The wardrobe was big. - The balcony was great to simply relax and enjoy the view of the pine forest (our room was turned south). - The staff was very friendly and the room was cleaned every day. - The beds are comfortable and you get 2 pillows, one high and one low, so you can choose your preference.

The absence of on-site staff in the evenings (it was not a problem for me, but should be noted); The flashing green light in the room, which made it difficult to sleep in the dark (this needs to be addressed); The loud music from a nearby tavern on the first night (nothing the property can do and it could actually be fun to sit in the balcony and enjoy the music:); Overly firm pillows (once again, this is all relative) (Ps: It would be great if the property provided sunbeds to borrow for the area right across from the house.)

It offers a private house feeling, providing a different experience from my previous accommodation on the island (Saronis Hotel); a very new development with modern and fancy features; and great location.

The hotel is very new and it shows. Lovely set up and very spacious. Few minutes walk to the nearest cafes and bars. Great overhead shower with a proper stall - no nasty, clingy curtain here! Plenty of good quality towels provided Although we didn't use it, the room had a good sized fridge and a small hob for basic cooking. (A bottle opener/corkscrew would be a valuable addition though.) Our room was at the back, away from the road so nice and quiet at night.

It is wonderfully located close to all the Scala attractions, but still at a distance from noisier main square & street. The hotel has just been constructed (or renovated), so the rooms look really nice. I stayed at a sea view room, but there was one more balcony overlooking the hills, which was really enjoyable. The room felt spacious and had enough storage space.

We waited 40 minutes for someone to get to the reception and they weren’t picking up the phones. When they came they were very nice but we did wait there for a while. Also for women the bathroom is a bit inconvenient since there are no shelves to put your things on. But good value for money next to the sea and we enjoyed our stay
