A net for cleaning the flies out of the pool would have been handy. The pool guy cleans the pool every morning but the flies seem to accumulate come afternoon. Don’t a major issue as we just picked them out.

Everything! Modern furnishings, fixtures. Very spacious and private. The housekeeping staff were outstanding at ensuring the villa was kept clean and tidy as well as the surrounding areas. Tasos and Vicky were also on hand at any time if we needed any assistance.

Beautiful stylish house with lovely heated pool. Very neat and clean with lovely attention to detail, for example coffee machine with pods, wine, snacks, dishwasher/washing machine detergent etc. Lots of outdoor space with built in bbq, seating, sun bathing.

Only thing we didn’t have was a bread knife but we managed, also plastic glasses for around the pool were very small. Larger ones maybe more useful. But just suggestions not a criticism.

We stayed in Villa Ioni. Great location, beautiful modern villa with all the mod cons you need. Tasos & his wife were so helpful, collected us from the airport, arranged car hire & a private boat trip which was amazing! Super friendly staff, cleaners kept it very clean coming in every day.

This is my second visit to Aguacate and Tasos & Vicky made my stay unforgettable! The villa is super modern and clean with access to a street full of restaurants A must try when visiting Zakynthos.

.. Absolutely nothing, this property, Tasos, Vicky and the house keeping staff were absolutely perfect!

WOW! Firstly, I found this property here on Booking.com when I was looking for a nice villa to stay in on the island of Zakynthos. I originally booked for me and my partner but, we brought my friend and her partner along with us. the villa is very modern, exceptionally well kept and the owners are some of the nicest people we’ve met whilst staying away! They let us check in earlier than planned, gave us a personal tour of the property, provided us with a basket of fresh breads/biscuits/pastries/home made jam and a free bottle of wine to enjoy! YUM!😊 Each morning the owners would check and clean the pool as needed, house keeping would arrive around 2pm each day and clean EVERYTHING! it was always spotless when we returned from a day out. Tasos gave us his number so any issues or questions we had he’d be on it straight away. The owners will also book excursions for you and recommend excursions; the owners won’t let you pay commission on any trips you book so you pay for your excursion and they’ll give you their commission directly back to you the next day which is beyond amazing! There’s various facilities on site such as a huge pool, BBQ facilities of which you can book a chef to come cook for you personally! coffee machines, toastie maker every utensil you could possibly ever need! dishwater and washing machine etc. The villa is located 15 minutes from the airport from which the owners will provide free transfer to and from for you, the beach is a 10/15 minute walk and all restaurants/supermarkets/shops are along the road as you exit the villa to the left. I’ve recommended this property to my friends and family who are looking at booking next year and I personally will be looking to book again next year or the following. Our vacation started from the moment we met Tasos and Vicky who’s during the whole our stay was super kind, helpful and doing everything to make our stay as remarkable as they could. If you’re looking for a quiet, romantic stay on a beautiful island of Zakynthos, this Villa’s should be your choice. Perfect location, shops are just across the road, 10 minutes by taxi to the main city and many restaurants around. On the request you can also get a homemade breakfast or sandwiches by local which was very organic and delicious. If you want that person can also turn into a private cook and prepare a nice dinner right in your place. Whatever your plans is give the Villa’s a try and you’ll not be disappointed 🙂
