Great location, close to everything but far enough away from the hustle to relax. Great rooms, lovely staff that were always super helpful and friendly. Be sure to rent a scooter with them, best decision to see more of the island! Just as per photos.

Great apartments, and only a short walk from the ferry terminal (uphill might not suit everyone) or you can arrange a lift from the reception. Same short walk to lots of cafes and restaurants. There are a couple of taxis available, but we didn't use them. The facilities are great and the views from the balcony are fantastic. You can go for long walks in the countryside or beach straight from the hotel

It is literally one of the best hotels I've stayed in Greece. The decoration was Greek modern but with minimal touches making you feel more comfortable with the space. The balcony has an incredible view of the garden and the sea. (It's worth it to wake up a little bit earlier to see the sunrise from there) The customer service was excellent. They gave me a map and told me the history of Serifos, which made it evem more interesting for me because I have no clue about Greek history 😅. They also showed me the best local Taverns and beaches. My wife was really impressed of how clean our apartment was too. In other words this hotel is definitely a 10/10 Thank you for everything. We will visit again soon!!

The only thing one can not like about this place is the steep hill from the harbour below. By walk it's of course doable but can be a bit heavy especially in the hot sun. Other than that, nothing to say. If you of course have some transport, then that wouldn't be an issue at all.

Very nice modern apartment, everything from furniture, fixtures to utensils feels like new. Even includes hairdryer and iron with ironing board. High up on a hill, the view from your windows and your own private terrace of Livadakia and the harbour is simply breathtaking, the owners are very friendly and welcoming. A bit of a walk from the harbour area but a beautiful beach just downhill exactly opposite the location.

Not really a negative-The shower was great however the one in our room was quite small so just be prepared for the floor to get wet!

the location was up a bit of a hill but the view we got from our top floor apartment was second to none so it was definitely worth the walk (we got picked up and dropped off at the port so we didn’t have to do the walk with our bags!) A short walk down to a very beautiful beach and all the restaurants that we ate at in the port were lovely, make sure to ask Laura for recommendations, she was very very helpful :) The one bedroom apartment was spacious and decorated to a high standard, the nespresso coffee machine was a welcome surprise and you can get the pods for them in the supermarket in the port if you run out of the ones in the welcome basket! Large balcony with very comfy furniture to sit and enjoy the view

There was a family of cats living around the property.. It was a little bit upsetting when we were trying to have breakfast on the terrace and the cat wanted to get inside the apartment.

The apartment was big, clean and with a wonderful view over the sea. Kitchen was provided with everything so we could tried to make our Greek coffee. They change the towel everyday. 250m far from Livadakia beach.
