The breakfast concept should be changed. May be less variety but something fresh and home made, not this frozen stuff. It simply does not correspond to the whole atmosphere of the hotel.

The swimming pool wasn't the cleanest but having in mind the weather was a bit windy having some leaves in the water wasn't unbearable.

The staff were all super friendly, the room was cleaned every day amd the food in the restaurant was really good.

The hotel is situated in a quiet and calm place with a beautiful view on the mountains, away from the noise of the village. Great for families. Beautiful garden with swimming pool. Comfortable rooms cleaned every day. Every defect repaired on an ongoing basis. Great and friendly staff. Very good restaurant with delicious dishes and reasonable prices. We totally recommend this place!

Had a lovely relaxing break, the staff were very attentive and our room was amazing,( thank you for our free upgrade). Breakfast was superb, a good selection served to your table. We also enjoyed our dinner by the pool on our last night, great menu and the food was delicious. We would definitely recommend.

There is not enough personnel for such a big location and sometimes is hard to communicate unless you know Greek. Cleaness can be improved, especially the dust under the bed (which gets blown away by the wind when both doors are open). There are always stray dogs barking and fighting - this is not ok, especially for the little kids (they either get scared or try to 'play' with the fighting dogs).

Nice quiet location, just 10 minutes drive to the beach.

Nothing to write home about.

Hotel is perfectly located close to the forest and a short walk away from the beach. Kostas and Katerina are very hospitable hosts. Kostas is also a master chef that cooked superb dishes each night. Breakfast was also very good.

Very good accommodation in a quiet areea. Excellent personnel. Service cleaning every day. The owner is also the restaurant chef and served us excellent quality dinners in a cozy terrace accompanied by jazz-mood. An in-house delicious birthday cake was prepared for our special occassion. On request, fresh fish is available almost daily. Overall hospitability exceeded our expectations. Breakfast (included) is basic and served at the table, if you want more, ask for. Appliances and devices are functional, although some installation need small refurbish, the wodden doors and balconies, too. Nevertheles the prices for rooms, food and drinks are unbeatable. The relatively remote distance to town beach was not a problem, as we had plans to visit by car every day another (savage) beach in the region (advise and maps at the reception).

The only point was the shower that had some unsignicant issues, and the pool had bugs and leaves.

Very pleasant staff, clean room and beautiful hotel with swimming pool and green surroundings. There are several wonderful beaches in the radius of 10 km away. Perfect parking under trees. The breakfast was also very filling and tasty. It was pleasant that our room was upgraded for free and we received a comfortable suite. The location is quiete, away from the noisy center, although Stavros center is not far from hotel, perfect for an evening walk. In general we definitely recommend this place!

A couple of things that could be better were some needed maintenance on the furniture (cupboard door broken and bug nets around the doorframes needed mending) and the shower (although, to be fair, we have stayed at several hotels in Greece and Bulgaria, and it seems to be a general issue that the showers are designed so the water goes all over the floor as well).

The hotel and rooms were very clean and the staff were very kind and helpfull ad always a smile. The breakfast is served, not buffet (although, this can also be an issue as you might end up wasting food not eaten or liked).

We really liked our stay! The staff was amazing, always smiling and friendly. The hosts were really responsive and welcoming. They were cleaning the rooms every day, which is great. The location is in a very peaceful place. We totally recommend this place!

The breakfast was not bufe, instead they served us. This is a great way to make sure food quality is better and food waste is less. Excellent!

The hotel owner Kostas is nice and friendly guy. He helped us to arrange a cruise around the Athos peninsula as well as pointed out to the microbiology lab in Stavros where we made a PCR test.

Location is wonderful, it's vary quite and nice to rest and sleep. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff is great.
