I just want to thank Nikos for his hospitality!!! It was perfect, he gave us many tips, left us a small welcome gift and responded in no time on every question that we had. The apartment was nice, we had everything, beds are comfortable, the utilities in the kitchen are more than enough. Very nice garden and seaview! There is a private parking as well.

Communication with the owner is very prompt and responsive to any request, providing all the information on whatsapp. Our group rented 5 apartments and we can say that that were all very clean and well maintained, kitchenette with all utensils, coffee machine, kettle, grill, electric oven, electric stove, AC works very well and hot water at any time, plus personal hygiene kits in the bathroom. A welcome Raki and a jar of marmalade from the host, an appreciated gesture. 5 minutes on foot is a supermarket, 3 minutes on foot a tavern where you can eat very well The Big Blue, 15 minutes on foot Sarantari beach. An accommodation unit that I highly recommend, everything is superlative, courtyard and sea view from the balconies.

The owner of the apartment is so kind and helped with different questions quite quickly. The apartment itself is very beautiful and convenient. There are 3 beds, two single beds in the studio and one double in a separate bedroom. There is a nice sea view from the cozy balcony. The location is convenient: 5 min to the local shop or renting service, 15 - 25 min to the beach, depending on which beach you are going to. There are several of them along the coastal side.

The owner was very kind to me! For example, he offered the information of sightseeing and ordered a taxi for me!! These made me have a smooth travel. I was also favorably impressed by the provide of traditional alcohol “RAKI” and homemade marmalade.

We were most happy with everything

Nikos , the owner welcomed us to our apartment which had a splendid balcony overlooking the sea ( sunsets were spectacular) The facilities were first class and everything clean and fresh .

We only stayed 1 night to get to the airport the next day. It is a very lovely, big, clean accommodation with seaview. The interior and garden show a lot of attention to detail. The car park is on the same property away from the road. The host stayed in touch via WhatsApp, asked if we need anything, was very informative and very helpful. We enjoyed the quiet surroundings and the walk to the beach (10-15 minutes). It was a great stay!

Location was little bad - you need rent a car if you want visited more places but if you want just be at one place it's good.

The owner was very nice, he offered us traditional food and drink. He answered us every question very fast. There was toothbrush, tooth-paste, towels, showergel and shampoo for everyone. Rooms were small but clean and nice. There was nice garden. There was AC and was free. Near to the accomodation were a lots of supermarkets and restaurants.

The property is very well kept, the room lovely and very clean, the complimentary water and marmalade were a thoughtful touch, all was beyond expectation. The communication with Niko was always prompt, making the check in process very easy. Of particular note, Niko’s Mother gave us figs from their trees, and homemade fig marmalade, after my spouse commented on her fondness for figs.

The picture don't represent the place. There is no grass only thorns, the rooms are dark and full of cockroch.. we tried telling the man who was there but he got mad at us.. he told us that if the rooms are dark we should turn on the light and the cockroch are coming because we eat in the room (there is a kitchen and a dining table.. of course we eat there..). The bugs came the shower every time we took a shower it was really unpleasant. No grass for the kids to play and the location is the middle of nowhere. Defentily will not recommend! I'm shocked that it got such a high score.. We talked to the younger guy who agreed to refund one of the rooms for one night (the bug room) we had to sleep on the floor of one of the other rooms because we couldn't sleep there another night.

The kitchen was well equipped and there was jam and raka.
