We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff was super super friendly and the receptionist Georgia was super helpful and nice and gave us great tips! We had the suite with the outdoor hot tub which was ideal for a relaxing evening after a day of activities. The only thing though is that the tub doesn’t get very warm if the weather is too windy on the island.

The smell of the jacuzzi inside the room was very strong even when the door was closed.

Breakfast was delicious. Great mix of hot and cold items. Just was not fan of the coffee. It’s a nespresso machine that was a bit too bold for my liking

Maybe the breakfast, it was quite cold and I couldn’t get a maple syrup for pancakes which I didn’t quite understand.

The breakfast could be improved. Better rotation of food, better bacon sausages and inclusion of good ham, better bread selection.

The reception Georgia was wonderful. The staff that helped with luggage and the lady who does cleaning were both cheerful and hardworking.

I cannot say enough good things about Akra, the quality, craftsmanship, cleanliness, comfort, staff, friendliness, helpfulness, deliciousness, perfect location and view, if you are looking at the as a choice, stop thinking about it and book it quickly!!! Our breakfast and coffee each morning was delicious, the communication pre arrival was so kind and helpful, especially Georgia 💕 our room, #204 was exactly as pictured and was as crisp and clean as you could ever want, the bed is firm, but we slept wonderfully. Our only disappointment that was no one’s fault but the Gods of wind 💨 was that our hot tub couldn’t keep up and stay warm during the unseasonably windy chilly dip in temperatures, so we are looking forward to returning again and would definitely stay in the exact same place! The staff is so helpful to arrange anything you ask, they are like family, so kind and friendly 💕 thank you Akra for a wonderful introduction to Santorini!!

We had a great experience at Akra Suites. Amazing and helpful staff and the place was well maintained, clean and chic. The girls in the reception (georgina) were kind and professional and solved all our issues brilliantly. The service was amazing . bartenders-kills by (Zisis) was outstanding he was kind entertaining person. The housekeeping facilities provided by staff (Ria) was amazing. With brilliant views over the caldera our suite was gorgeous and spotless ! Highly recommended

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Staff was great (Georgia (the manager) runs a tight ship! She is very kind and welcoming and is always aware of all the happenings of the resort- I was so impressed! The cleaning lady (I did not catch her name) was a sweetheart. Zesis (works at the restaurant) was one of the kindest people we have ever met! The room was lovely- clean, and new. Quiet and peaceful. Great area to be in tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Fira or Oia but still closeby. We visited during off season so did not use the pool or out door hot tub (it was too cold and windy) but they looked amazing and would have loved to try them. Overall we had a great stay and would love to come again. Also be sure to arrange for pick up from the airport- same price as Uber and the driver was great and met you as soon as you arrived!

The view was simply amazing. The breakfast duo team was so friendly, polite and accommodating. We got the best room and thanks to the front officer girl who checked us I. Strongly recommend to stay here if you are visiting Santorini. Next door there is a bar and the owner is a lovely gentleman with his dog and extended family. The staff there also was perfect.

We loved everything about Akra Suites! It is easily accessible from the main road, the rooms are so comfy, the windows tip open so you can get a fresh breeze any time, we had a sunset view from one side of our room and a sunrise view from the other side. Complimentary breakfast is served with a gorgeous view of the caldera, and the food is delicious. And Georgia, at the front desk, is amazing! She answered all of our questions, booked a sunset cruise for us, and was always there with a smile on her face. You will not be disappointed if you stay at Akra Suites! Also, Imeravigli is the perfect place to stay, right between Fira and Oia, it has the same beauty without all of the crowds.

This is one of the best looking boutique hotels I have been to. They went above and beyond to accommodate us when we had to extend our stay due to circumstance beyond our control. Their service is exceptional. The beds and linens were the best we had in our Greek holiday. Their a la carte complimentary breakfast was amazing, everything fresh and homemade. They have a great selection of wines and spa services. Akra is a true place to relax and recharge. By far the best place we stayed during our time in Greece. The staff was very well trained in hospitality and fluent in English. The location was convenient for hiking and walking to Thira and had a lovely view of the caldera. I would give them an award of excellence!

Amazing location as not in the super-busy area of Fira, but can walk there in about 25 minutes. Taxis or tour transportation vehicles pick you up just around the corner and views are incredible.
