The location was incredible! The Staff were so lovely and were available if you needed anything! The place was very clean! I even got a free express facial and some wine when we entered the room! The food at the restaurant was average.

TV needs Apps to watch Netflix, YouTube or something other than just news. The beds are super uncomfortable. The Greek salad has no seasoning at all.

Can't fault akra suites. All was excellent from breakfast (Helen) to all the staff. Great location, 20 mins walk to fira, and views from the hotel are great. The hot tub is a must :)

The only negative was that our hot tub was nice and warm the first night we stayed, but the 2nd night it was very cold. The staff did try to fix it but weren't able to.

Incredible property with a magical view over the caldera. We had a room upstairs with a hot tub directly overlooking Imerovigli. The rooms were spacious, very clean and with very comfortable beds. This property is in a fantastic location in Imerovigli, away from the crowds at Oia and a little quieter than Fira. Staff were very helpful in arranging transfers, hire cars, laundry etc, and the cherry on the top was a bottle of champagne on our arrival and a free facial at their spa. Very special place to spend a few days in Santorini.

We wish the spectacular views could be perfected by having the electrical lines buried, and the large cruise ship’s banished from the caldera — neither of which are under the control of this wonderful property.

The staff were universally welcoming, helpful, professional, and engaging. There seemed to be nothing they would not do to make our stay a delight. The restaurant was among the best we enjoyed on the island. The location was perfect for our interest in being close to, but not in the center of, the action. We could walk to adjacent towns for their higher tempo night life, with the option to retreat to the relative peace and quiet of Imerovigli.

Everything was perfect! The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff were very attentive. The view from the pool area and our room was of the beautiful caldera. The pool area was also so lovely and relaxing to be in. I would highly recommend this beautiful place! We loved everything about it!

Staying in Imerovigili was perfect for us. The hotel was located away from the crowds. It was close enough to Fira to walk to and not too far from Oia via taxi. The complimentary breakfast at Akra was delicious and there was so much to choose from! The pool onsite was a great place to relax and also meet and mingle with other guests. The front desk staff were so friendly and accommodating. We'd definitely stay at Akra again!

our hot tub was dirty. no pool bar, which meant you had to walk into the restaurant to get a drink.

Some of the rooms are not as great. When we first got there the room we were assigned didn't have a working ac. It just blew air and it was very humid. When we reported it they just brought in a fan and said it was working. When we complained again they actually moved us to a much better room that had a working ac. A little frustrating that they tried to fool us in the beginning. Happy they were able to make the change since the rest of the stay was great. For breakfast you order a la carte. Mostly American style breakfast which was meh. They did have some more classic Greek items which I would recommend trying!

Great location! A little bit away from the craziness of fira but still a walkable distance. Everyone working there is extremely nice and helpful.

The rooms all overlook each other, so your private hot tub is not so private. Our breakfast experience was average as we were unable to get basic things like just toast. We also thought that for the price paid, transfers should be included from the port/airport.

It was lovely, facilities were amazing. The view is unforgettable. Staff are very helpful.
