Lack of hot water in some mornings and evenings (as well as electricity and wifi for hours when it was raining). The furniture will benefit of replacement.

The umbrellas and deckchairs on the beach could use an upgrade, but not a big deal. Also, we were staying for 5 weeks but all the other guests mainly came for one or maximum two weeks, giving a high turnover. Would have been nice having a more diverse mix of others families staying, such as other West Europeans. A lot of the other guests did not seem to culturally believe in saying "good morning" or engaging in any friendly small talk. Also, could be a bit noisy at night and the outside lights meant you had to close shutters with consequent loss of fresh air.

Wonderfully friendly family, always there to help whatever the problem. When my daughter got sick, the owner offered to drive us himself to local doctor. They were very kind and tolerant towards children, and had some playground especially for them.

Our stay was exceptional , hosts were very polite and there for anything we might need. Our room had amazing view, the kitchen was very well equipped, towels and sheets changed twice during our one week stay which was amazing! The umbrella and sunbeds offered with each room was a huge plus! Beach in front of the property was lovely! We definitely will be back!

Prices in the nearest restaurant and caffe that gives 10% off for customers of Akrathos Houses are quite steep.

Excellent acomodation and friendly staff. Quiet location with allocated beach and umbrellas for each house. Dedicated parking. The Polychrono high street is short walk away and it is one of the best on the peninsula. Go kart track is only walking distance and very affordable.

Excelent location, away from any noise. Large apartment, everything looks exactly like in the Booking photos. AC in all rooms. 100m from a beautiful quiet beach with clear water (beach with some rocks). 2 sunbeds + umbrela included. Parking space for every apartment. Host is always available. Shortly said: an excellent stay for our taste!

Everything was perfect: the location, the sea view, the parking for car was shaded👍, every apartment has the private sunbeds and umbrella on the beach, the WiFi in our apartment 👍, the owner Ioannis was friendly and helpful with solving our problem with doctor. The apartment resort was closed, area was very nicely done. Rooms were clean, air condition in every room, bedrooms had balcony, in front of apartment was a private terrace with sun-umbrella.

Everything was perfect: the location, the sea view, the parking, the room and especially the private sunbed and umbrella on the beach for each room. The WiFi on the location was a bit poor but the host done everything he could to provide us an alternative in order to use it when we needed the most. The room was clean and the water pressure and temperature from the shower was perfect.

Location, apartment, views, cleanliness, garden, private parking, friendly and helpful host. We had all facilities needed with 8 months old baby and the host went extra mile changing a kettle for us in the middle of the night when we had to feed our daughter. Location is quiet away from noisy town but 15 min walk from its centre. Beach was quiet with crystal clear water and the host provides you with private sunlaunges and umbrella or if you prefer you can use the one from the beach bar next door for free as long as you consume any drinks or food. These were wheelchair and pram accessible too. The property has lovely children playground for all ages and bbq facilities with seating area. Everything was perfect, thank you very much! We would love to come back again!

Location is very good. It's very close to the beach, only 100m away. You get your own sun umbrella and two chairs on their private beach and don't need to worry about crowded beaches, there's enough place to bring your whole family. Private beach has some stones i the shallow, since it's mainly in natural condition and can be difficult for smaller kids, but otherwise it's nice and sandy and most importantly, quiet and peaceful. Our apartment was nice and cool, we didn't even have use AC at all and still slept comfortably. There's also nice playground for kids, bbq-place and very good parking, with sun covers and everything Staff is extremely helpful and friendly and will make your stay memorable. Polykhrono center is a short walk away, maybe 10min. so, you can get your groceries and go out to eat quite easily.

Spotlessly clean. Tastefully decorated room, with fully equipped kitchen and all that you might need during your holiday. We loved the location, just outside of busy Polyhrono, so it was peaceful, and you can get on foot to centre of Polyhrono in 15 minutes. Beach is less then 50 m away and sunbeds and umbrellas are available for guests for free which we really liked. The host was very kind and made us feel very welcome. Looking forward to coming back again.

My family had the wonderful time in this place. Big thanks to the owner Yiannis who mad our vacation just perfect and was always ready to help. We stayed with 1year child and had the cot and baby chair. All was super comfortable. The place is very beautiful, and it’s great that it’s a bit distanced from Polikhrono, so it’s not that loud and the same time you can always walk to the town.

The A/C in the living room didn't work. There were many aunts in the kitchen. The bathrooms are very old and it should be renovated. Our apartment was number 3 and obviously we didn' t have luck with it.

Very nice garden with kids playground. Sunbeds and umbrella on the beach. The beach is nice, it is not crowded. But it is not all sandy, it also have many rocks and stones in the water.

As I stayed in the middle of Summer it was a bit hot to walk to the shops in the day, however they were close enough for it to be a nice evening walk to get dinner at night

I absolutely loved my stay here. My cottage was so cute and homely and the grounds are absolutely beautiful with lots of perfectly manicured greenery. The property is kept in immaculate condition and the staff are such a pleasure to deal with, bending over backwards to assist you and make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Just steps away from a beach that doesn’t have crowds and with free sun loungers and umbrellas! Fantastic location
