The room was recently remodeled, so that was nice. But the real thing that made this such a great place was the sincere, friendly, personal service from Tina, the manager, and her daughter. We can't thank them enough for all they did for us.

Nice room with a great sea view from the balcony. The owner and her daughter were very friendly and helpful, especially in warning us of a port strike on the day we were due to leave, giving us time to make arrangements to leave the island early.

It can be a bit noisy at night if the window is open but when closed you could not hear the noise.

The hostess and her family were amazing! Very polite, always available to answer any question! The hotel itself is located in the centre of Skala, barely 5 feet away from the beach. I will definitely stay here again, next time I visit Agkistri.

- the hotel is next to the main club in Agistri so unfortunately it can get quite noisy at night until around 2-3 AM definitely not for light sleepers, but good for people who actually go out. - little privacy - our room was located right in the corner so if the guests next to us stayed on the balcony (which they did most of the time) they could see inside our room; we had to pull the curtains even during the day so we couldn't really enjoy the view

the only thing I didn't like about my room was that I could hear the noise of the bars downstairs but I asked for a change at the reception and they were happy to change my room without an extra cost!

Our room did not have a view of the mountains, it was above the entrance and overlooked a bougainvillea plant. Not very scenic, apart from the flowers.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. The staff is very helpful and nice. It's simple to find and close to all the services and bars. It's in the very central area.
