Accommodation, location, cleanliness, kindness were above expectations. I would especially like to thank Katerina for all her kindness and advice. We will definitely be back. To everyone who will visit the island, I recommend using Astybuss and a trip to nearby Kounupa.

The room is located in a beautiful village next to the sea and it is very tranquil. It is very well equipped and spotless. There are lots of amazing beaches nearby, some even by walking distance. The owners are incredibly kind and helpful, they even drove us to a beach further away when they found out we didn't have a car!

The location and above all Nina’s service. She met us off the ferry and also saw us back to the harbour on the day we left. Special mention for the AstiMove electric bus system. The stop was 200m from Akrotiri. Requested buses arrived on time and provided island wide transport for €10 pp a day.

Everything! Location excellent between beaches room lovely with the best shower I've had in 37 years of coming to Greece. Iron, board and hairdryer in room. Oh yes and the people are wonderful! Highly recommended

The location is excellent, just next to the sea with a great view of the Analipsi bay. A quiet spot just 2 minutes walk from Analipsi village center. The owners were very friendly and always available. The room was very spacious for 2 people, with a modern bathroom and a fully equipped small kitchen. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Astypalaia.

Everything was perfect

Certainly the best choice for anybody looking for a peaceful accommodation in Astypalaia. The staff is really helpful, friendly and smiley without losing their discretion. The room is exactly what you expect and see in photos. Clean and spacious apartment, fully equipped with coffee pots, variety of coffee (Greek and nescafe as well), sandwich maker, oven, etc. Maltezana is a really quiet village where you can find peace and quiet. There are few taverns, mini markets and Akrotiri is really close to nice beaches (especially “Ble Limanaki”) 5 minutes with car and around 20 minutes from Chora Amazing view, great hospitality, absolutely recommend it.

Nina and the rest of the stuff are super professional and friendly, they're always greeting and smiling to us. Great location, spacious apartment fully equipped with all the essentials and a well-stocked kitchen which made meal prepping super easy and comfy. The level of cleanliness was extremely high! The souvenir we received as a gift was way beyond our expectations!! If you want to be treated like family you should absolutely stay at Akrotiri! :)

We liked everything, in fact we more than like everything. First of all Nina is a great host. She exudes kindness, she cares about her customers and ensures you are comfortable. Secondly the rooms are as good as it gets. They are spotless and cleaned daily. The towels are not your typical Greek towels, Ninas towels are so soft they are a joy. The kitchen has everything you need should you wish to cook as we do. The view we had was perfect, looking out to the sea. The shower was perfect, it was huge and there is no shower curtain to contend with. The beds are very comfortable and the bed linen and pillows were also excellent. The location is great as the rooms sit between two beaches both of which are great. So take it from two seasoned Greek island travellers, Ninas rooms are right at the top. Thanks Nina.

We took the 4 beds apartment, which was big, well furnished and clean. Beautiful view on the port of Analipsi. Lovely beach in the nearings. Perfect for a deeply relaxing period. Excellent staff.
