The access road was under construction so it was slow and bumpy to get there. Apartment and balcony were very small for 3 guests, extra bed was squeaky and not comfortable. Furniture was old.

Staff was nice, breakfast was solid, beach was close, free parking nearby. They first gave us a room which smelled bad but changed it on request

My room was not on see side. Path from parking to hotel is sandy and dearth.

The beds were awful. Breakfast was not good. The triple room was just a double room with a third bed squeezed in. Sea view is a bit of a stretch.

Some of the rooms we rented, especially the third floor suite, were nice. The front desk staff was also really nice.

Whereas the hotel is almost at the beach front, it doesn’t have it’s own beach area with sunbeds and umbrellas as the other hotels there+only few of the rooms is with seaview. They do have some sunbeds that you can carry to the beach though.

The hotel very kindly provides lactose free products for breakfast, I very much appreciated this. Staff was extremely friendly. You feel welcome.

Location perfect for the town. The views perfect also. Parking place for your car for free and just two steps from the hotel. Staff nice. Clean room. Hotel quite old, basic, but was sharming for me.

I absolutely love everything!

I really like this little town of Tolo. There is a very large, beautiful and clean beach. The sea is amazingly clean! There are many bars and taverns along the beach, everything is very comfortable, you don't need to go somewhere to eat, everything is at hand! And of course the beautiful city of Nafplion is just 12 minutes away, I absolutely love it!

The hotel is very well located, on the beach. Parking lot is available next to the hotel, without fees. The room was beautiful, impecable clean, with a beautiful sea view over the small port of Tolo, from the balcony. Beds were very comfortable, with good quality of bed sheets. Good breakfast, with all you need and a very delicious home made lemonade. Friendly staff. I think the hotel deserves more than 2 stars, as per the facilities and services. It was a nice surprise.

Breakfast was good and tasty. Location was perfect with an amazing beach right in front of the hotel. The hotel is next to a huge parking area, and that made things easier to drive out and in from/to Tolo. The personel were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Our family love this hotel. The location is amazing, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is older, this adds to it's charm. It was very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend it.

We had a beach view our room and the lobby of the hotel was technically on the beach, but there was a hotel between the Aktaion Hotel and the water, so the view of the water from our room and the lobby where we had breakfast each morning was very limited. The hotel doesn’t have any chairs out on the beach for guests, but they do have some chairs you can borrow.

The breakfast was amazing! Fresh figs, warm pastries, lots of thick yogurt, homemade jams, and delicious little omelettes. Our room was was lovely, clean, and quiet. There was lots of parking in the public lot only a short walk away from the hotel. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful.

Everything was wonderful, much,much better than what we've expected to find there. The hotel is placed just 10 steps from the beach and the staff is "A"- class ! Very helpfull and nice people !
