If you want to spend some days in a hotel by the sea, hotel akti is exactly what you want. Great people and breakfast with beautiful view. The room was so clean and the cleaner so kind and she always take care of your room. You have to see the local sights and eat local foods. The perfect place for relaxation after work and even more.

If you land in Athens, and do not know where to spend the night, come here. Small boutique hotel. Great location, easy to reach from the airport, great to have your first or last swim! 15 meters from the beach, calm, room was nicely renovated and decorated. INCREDIBLE service and amazing breakfast. I would call it a brunch! Janis was very helpful and attentive. It is a family business, and we got as a farewell present greek olives from their own olive trees. 🫒. Highly recommendable location. There are a great fish tavern about 5 min walking and a high quality meat roasting restaurant 5 min walking. Wow.

Pristine clean. Arrived very very late and provision was made for our arrival. Huge breakfast, far too much for two of us to eat - we took some with us! Gift of their own olives a nice touch for our departure

Excellent service. Very good hotel by the beach. The guy working at the reception helped us find a good restaurant for dinner and was very kind to explain everything about the area. Perfect morning sea view from the balcony. The room contains everything offered by hotels with 5 stars and even more....like slippers for walking in the room and complete hygiene equipment including toothpaste and toothbrush. On leaving, they gave us olives specially prepared for the trip as a greeting for a good journey. I would highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

Everything! Easy check in on arrival with very friendly reception. I'm sorry I didn't get his name but he gave me great recommendations on restaurants and information. The room was very comfortable and clean. The balcony view was perfect. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area. Great value for the money!

There were no negatives! Our stay at Hotel Akti was just what we needed after our very long journey.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Hotel Akti. The welcome from Yanis, the owner, was exceptional, our room perfect and the seafront location gorgeous. We sat outside for breakfast which was not only delicious but so plentiful we could not eat it all, sadly! Everything about this hotel was just perfect for us and we would highly recommend it. Thank you so much Yanis for your wonderful hospitality.

I recently stayed at your hotel with my family, and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The next morning, we had a delicious breakfast in the hotel restaurant. The staff was attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed. We spent the Morning exploring the town, which is located on the coast. There are restaurants and shops in the town, and it is a great place to relax and enjoy the views. We stayed in Akti hotel for one night. Owner has been really kind and helpful. Breakfast was simply great, really rich and tasty. We particularly enjoyed the homemade cake. There's a really nice garden with the sea view. The hotel is located right in front of the sea and close to some good taverns. The room was really clean. I definitely recommend it.
