The resort is a special one, benefiting from an exceptional location, in the northern end of the town (Old Sarti), in close proximity to the promenade area where, especially in the evening, tourists come to enjoy the view of the resort, from the height of the rocks. The view is superb, even on the lower levels, with all rooms facing the sea which is about 20-30 meters away. The beach is secluded and, due to the shape of the land (being bounded at one end by a high rock formation), creates a somewhat intimate, golf atmosphere. The rooms are properly furnished and equipped (kitchenette, refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, coffee maker, bathroom with window, etc.), being quite spacious and benefiting from a small balcony (with table, chairs and umbrella). Regarding the services, the following should be mentioned: - the host (Ana) is very, very kind and speaks English fluently; - cleanliness is good; - the internet signal (wi-fi) is acceptable, at the level usually offered in the resort; - bottled water for cooking and consumption, as well as capsules for the coffee machine in the room, are provided free of charge; - the resort offers, for each individual room, an umbrella and two sunbeds on the nearby beach (at no additional cost). The area is relatively quiet, benefiting from the proximity of shops, taverns, terraces and other places to spend free time. It should be specified that the access to the area is through very narrow streets (some becoming pedestrian paths during the evening), and the parking spaces are public and quite few. However, I always found a place right next to the resort without any particular problems. In the end, I recommend this location and appreciate that it is worth a visit.

If you want to relax and feel like at your home vacation Almare Seaside is the place. It was one of our best holiday. The hotel is spotless clean. We stayed at the ground floor and from the room we step right on the hotel beach. The hotel is great, the view and the vibe is amazing.The tavernas and shops are nearby. We checked all Sarti town and Almare is the only hotel right on the beach. We travel quite often and you can find around the world some great hotels but until now we didn't found a host/owner like Anna. We felt like in our home. She is so passionate in all what she is doing and she really paying attention to details. Always giving the best information and she wants you to feel like her family guest. We are really counting the days to come back.

I loved the place, the best place I ever stayed, if I could....I would give it 10 stairs! The owener Anna went out of her way to make our stay exceptional! I would love to come back again! Very generous, kind and loved the presents and the way she took care of us, in every detail! I highly recomend this place! You have a wonderful view with your own private beach! The food in the area is great too! Thank you very much for this great great stay! We can not thank you Anna enough and her stuff and family too!

. ❌️The bedroom is situated near a public road where a lot of people and crossing by. Noise at night, untill 12:00-01:00 AM.

✅️Nice view to sea, easy access to beach. ✅️She occupied a parking spot for us after a long trip to Sarti from Zakynthos. ✅️A few free sunbeds. ✅️Modern bathroom. ✅️Decent bed, clean sheets. ✅️AC is working well. ❕️It's a small town, so the parking spots is the main problem. Here at Hotel, they are mananged very well. She's very attentive.

Probably one of the best places to stay in Sarti. The view, the intimate beach in front, the clean water. It is a family business and you can feel it by the vast amount of energy and care invested by the host. Delicious breakfast prepared every day and always served with a smile. And all this, complimentary. Ready to answer any question or help on anything you might need. Excellent value.

Amazing. Everything was perfect -the apartment, the location, the food. There are a lot of restaurants near the apartment. You can also find supermarkets near. The apartment was like in the pictures. It was amazing to wake up every morning and have that view. Also Anna is very nice. Although we didn’t had breakfast included in every morning she offered us homemade treats. On the beach you have toys for the baby to play in the sand and there are sun-beds and umbrellas. The beach is clean with fine sand and the entrance in the water is smooth. We highly recommend the location. Thank you Anna again for everything.

Everything is excellent. Hosts are really nice, and the position of villa is excellent- on the beach, next to central point of Sarti with tavernas and pedestrian area. Vila is brand new,modern and clean, as described on website. We were at family suite (4 persons), which has great balcony with sea view. I highly recommend this place.

Martha, the owner, is so lovely - she looked after us like we were family. Her daughter Anna speaks good English. Breakfast is not charged - something different is given as a gift each day, it's always delicious, and always more than enough...such a kind touch! Great modern shower with lots of room, and a really comfortable bed to fall asleep in to the sound of the sea just outside your door! A great base to explore all the amazing beaches in the area. We hope to be back!

It would have been a lot more helpful to have someone in the staff speaking more than minimal basic English. However we were there in extra season, it could be that in season there are more persons in staff also speaking English.

I think this is the best location in Sarti. Very close to the center. The belvedere point to perfectly see the sun rising above mount Athos is right next to the property and the beach is literally a few meters away from the terrace of the room. You can literally feel the waves spray while drinking your coffee on the terrace which is very nice. The complimentary breakfast was the nicest surprise, every morning there was a different delicious surprise served along with something sweet.

The place was magnificent. I met and surpassed all our expectations. First, the location of the appartment was right on the beach, with it's own natural cove. Seperated from the main beach in Sarti so teh beach goers were mainly from our appartment building. Second, the owner was very nice and supportive of all our needs. Third, the magnigicent view. You could see the beach , the sea and, the mystical moutain of Athos. Basically the best location I have been to and believe me, I have been to many beautiful place in the world and this one was the best.

Great location, right in front of the beach and close to everything. It was quiet, room with sea view is perfect . Clean rooms equipped with all you may need . We had a sun rise view over Mt Athos from our balcony. this building is next to viewpoint to Mt Athos Complimentary Greek breakfast with dessert every day . Highly recommend place and Sarti as such .

That was very nice holiday. Location is perfect, owner is so nice. The view from apartment is amazing. Beach with sunbed is perfect. Breakfast is very good (local dishes) and the portion is so big :). Parking is a front of apartment. I recomend.
