Beautiful seaside resort, good facilities, comfortable beds, plenty of onsite parking. Excellent service is provided by very friendly and caring staff. On arrival, we were greeted with welcome drinks. On our departure day, a late checkout was arranged and we also received a gift of local delicacy and bottled water. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very friendly staff, once again. Had a nice traditional sweet at our welcome. The room was ready even for our early check in. Very clean and fresh. We were also offered a free upgrade and a complimentary use of the relax area. Rich breakfast, amazing lunch and dinner, extraordinary cocktails at the pool bar . The location with the magic view of the sunset made the stay so romantic. All the personnel was great and friendly. From the ladies from the housekeeping till the owner of the hotel.

The atmosphere and food at the hotel's restaurant could be improved (plastic chairs). The food is good but I wouldn't call it gourmet. Restaurant options in the area are similarly limited due to the hotel's location so it is something to keep in mind. The sheets and blankets similarly are not comparable to other five star hotels. That being said, the service, views and amenities make up for these minor shortcomings.

The service was excellent. The amenities at the spa were top notch as was the pool. The view from the hotel and from our room was spectacular. We were also given a complimentary upgrade.

Everything absolutely amazing, meant to stay one night but our holiday extended. Beautiful food in the restaurant. Amazing staff hospitality. Clean and good size room with balcony. We also get free room upgrade. Very good value for money... 11 of of 10

Only disappointment, the lack of respect guests/people have for their environment. The multitude of cigarette butts on the beaches is a shame. Some signs to dispose of correctly will be a step in the right direction.

The rooms could have been bigger. However, the balcony, bathroom, cleanliness were excellent.

The breakfast was great. The staff was SUPERB, they actually knew your name, where extremely polite and gave great recommendations regarding sites to visit in the area.

Everything was OK

Everything in this hotel was amazing first the room with Seaview next breakfast, the best breakfast ever with fresh fresh, fresh orange juice, fresh olive oil, the best, one of all live what I eat ever on the world. Everyone must do one experience with Alas Resort.

The gym is very old, has no windows and definitely needs some improvement

Location is wonderful and surrounded by the sea. The team was very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was outstanding! When booking one of the superior rooms, you have to wonderful balconys, one of them always offering some shade.

The outside landscaping was a little tired - pool was lovely but deck area needs an upgrade. It was early in the season but lawn areas needed some TLC as well. The service at the outdoor pool bar was very slow. One night a group was having an event and the staff forgot about us as we were the only other customers. It is great for business to cater for groups but don’t forget your independent travellers as well please.

Lovely sea side location with great sunset views. Comfortable room with lovely balcony overlooking the water. Very warm welcome from the hosts. Great place to relax with multiple outdoor areas to enjoy. Easy access to the pool or the sea.

The mattress was too hard for our taste.

The staff are very friendly, professional and very helpful. They anticipated our needs and we’re always amazingly helpful. Fotini at the front desk greeted us upon arrival and gave us a complete tour of the hotel and made us feel like we were the only guests at the hotel. Penny, our waitress in the restaurant provided us with the best of service and the Spa staff were excellent!
