wonderful hosts, attentive attitude towards guests, like home. excellent location: the beach is no more than a 5-minute walk away, during a storm at sea, the swimming pool at the hotel was a lifesaver (entrance to the sea is free, but if you order anything for 5 euros per person, you can use a deckchair and umbrellas during your entire stay, even the whole day (I recommend Heaven beach). next to the hotel is a very tasty and inexpensive Greek tavern Lazaros. from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the center of Heraklion, there are direct buses number 1 and 6 (the cost is 2.5 euros when buying a ticket from the driver, but there is a supermarket Your market nearby - tickets are 1.5 euros each). Very friendly and proactive staff, quick to respond to questions and give advice. Clean rooms with fairly new furniture, decent amount of space and comprehensive amenities. Located within a short walking distance from the beach and plethora of local restaurants and bars. Great value for the money overall.

I am very glad that I chose this place for my vacation. Nice clean room, big bed, the room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. What more could you want? Right next to the house there is a clean swimming pool, sun loungers, a bar with delicious food (especially breakfasts). The sea is less than 3 minutes’ walk away. The apartments have an ideal location for both hang loose at sea and for active holidays, which we had (3 minutes from the house there is a bus stop, from where you can easily reach Heraklion or other important places). I would like to personally thank the apartments owner Nikolas for the warm welcome and helping us with everything we needed.

Very polite, trustworthy, helpful and flexible staff, available at any time! Our apartment had balcony with seaview which relaxed the mind! The location is excellent with very nice beach that is very close to the apartments. Also restaurants, shops and entertainment places are nearby for families.

Because it is located in the city it is noisy but when you close the windows it’s ok.

The host is very welcoming, he gives a lot of information about things to do and to see. The hotel is well situated, close to the beach, the city , the airport and public transport. The bed was excellent.

The Albatros Apartment place was a great value for money. George was a super kind host and when not available his brother was also super helpful. A swimming pool and beach were very close by, though we used our time to explore the island instead.
