We spent there a night on our way from Meteora to Athens. The owner was super friendly and helpful and gave us a couple of great tips for dining and for the hot springs nearby. The room was just fine, with a nice balcony with a beautiful view of the mountain, and the breakfast was just as good as it should.

No 24h reception. We could not exactly plan our arrival time (since we had to cross country borders), so we could not check in until 23:30. We had to call the reception and they agreed to wait for us.

The owners have been outstandingly helpful and friendly! They have been extremely flexible with the arrival time and they have been very polite on the phone and in person. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable.

Perfect hotel and room with amazing view, one of the best welcoming I know, Sofia and his sister are so nice and will give you the best address to eat, to hike, the breakfast is delicious, I really would like to go there again if I have the chance

There was nothing to dislike. After all we needed one night stay place and we got exactly what we needed. However, if I may give a recommendation I would encourage the hotel to invest in all rooms and make them as modern as the lobby, because they are pretty outdated.

The host was great! She waited for us till we arrived late at night. She made sure we had everything, including checking with the local tavern if its still open so we can eat something!

The village itself looks a little bit neglected probably because COVID-19 situation. For us it was not a big problem since we spent only one night here.

Nice new hotel , good breakfast, we only stay one night on our way to Athens. In 5 minute walk from the hotel there is thermal springs complex. It was nice bonus for our stay.

Unfortunately jacuzzi was closed due to Corona and you need to pay extra to use the sauna, though the place is very nice. The town is quite empty, very few places to eat, and full of dogs barking in the night.

Staff was great and helpful at anytime. The spa is completely new and beautiful. Views to the mountain. Good for hiking in the mountain. Super clean

This hotel provided the perfect location for exploring not only Loutra Ipatis but also the surrounding alpine scenery. The hotel is welcoming, clean and the Julia and Sofia were perfect in answering all our questions.

Tiny room compared to other stays. This is a normal hotel/ motel. The ‘spa’ is not part of the hotel, neither is the restaurant, However the restaurant was family run and home-style cooking was good

The woman at the reception, informed that I have to pay 1.5€ for tax in cash! I have paid everything in the reservation... +1.5€. it's not the amount... but the lie! For that… my rate for this hotel is so bad! (the problem solved)

We arrived at the hotel, where we got a confirmation from. At the spot, they told us they had no room for us because the booking reservations are all automatic for them, and they do not use them properly as they prefer reservations booked over the phone. We travel 230km there and 230km back to listen to all this. No shame. No compensation whatsoever was offered from this hotel. Zero effort. Lady actually looked at me with a smile and asked, "So tell me, what should I do with you now?" Well, you tell me...! Orthodox Easter was ruined. We felt frustrated, played, and at night traveled back home.

no insulation in building, you can hear everything/other guests around you, the town is full of dogs so all you can hear is dogs barking all day and night long - not relaxing
