The hotel has a nice private adjacent beach. Several pools right above the beach, with nice and quiet atmosphere. Very nice staff, always available. Water sport on the beach, Banana, Crazy sofa, Jet sky etc. Overall, Very nice experience, everything you need for a great beach vacation.

From the day we arrived till the time we checked out, everything was spot on. The staffs were extremely nice and always had a smiling face. We probably had the best holidays so far. Will highly recommend to everyone. The location was perfect with everything available at a stone's throw.

This place is exceptionally beautiful, staff is very friendly and helpful, piece & quiet, clean private beach, many pools outside and inside, playground for children in the water which is quite impressive, entertainment for children and adults every day and night, the quality and variety of food in the restaurant is excellent

Hotel is German first, not international enough. Surrounds does not have side walks. Parking is often full, need to go to the hotel parking in 50 m

We weren’t thrilled by the location, right in the middle of a busy town where trucks zoomed by. Hard to walk around outside of resort.

We didn’t like that the cigarettes smoke from the other guests was too much and basically we couldn’t have “fresh air” on our private garden/terassa. So we didn’t spend any time (reading, glass of wine or drawing with our kid…) as we wanted and payed for. I suggest maybe the booking and hotel must somehow group smokers and nonsmokers in different areas. It’s so important especially with little kids.

We had everything we needed and enjoyed our vacation very much. The facilities are great, rooms, pools, restaurant all clean. The food was amazing- so much choice and always fresh. The staff was super friendly, especially the cleaning ladies aaand of course the animation team!!! The water gymnastics and kids disco were really enjoyed from our family. We highly recommend the hotel and hopefully we come again:)

Beach was a small. The main hotel/lobby area was a bit old fashioned, but it was not an issue.

The room was lovely and cleaned daily, sea view perfect. Breakfast options plentiful. Good number of pools, bars and restauranrs throughout the site. Staff were excellent always willing to help.

- The food at breakfast didn't feel fresh, also there weren't any vegan options besides some fruits and vegetables that also didn't felt fresh. Also, some of the food cause us indigestion. - Their doctor comes for one hour a day, and there is an additional charge if you need to be checked. In case of true emergency I think it's very carelessness to bring a doc for just one hour a day and to charge for it it's ridiculous. - The prices of the attractions are very expensive. Orange juice costs 5 Euros, fish 17 Euros at the restaurant, a massage 80-110 euros, a marine attraction for 20 minutes starts at 40 euros. Prices played out of pocket. Outside the hotel it even cost more. - The bed wasn't comfortable. - The soap didn't smell good, so I bought a new soap at the supermarket - I would like to feel more Greek atmosphere, the hotel gave an international atmosphere but did not provide local cuisine, there was one Greek event but it was all meats with no vegan / vegetarian options. - When leaving the hotel the various places are very expensive, and I didn't really enjoy a Greek experience of live shows, good food... For that you need to travel very far. - The maritime attraction I took through the hotel - the driver dropped us both in the middle of the sea, and I got hit in the head and elbow by the jet ski. It was very stressful, and he didn't even apologized. Not so professional behavior.

- A large variety of swimming pools. There was almost no people in the pool and it was so fun to swim and relax. - There is activity by the hotel staff in the large pool in some hours of the day - Lovely private beach. - We were allowed to stay until our driver arrived and that way we managed to swim and enjoy during our last day. - Outside the hotel there is a supermarket. - The pool bar in the evenings provides an interesting attraction for hotel guests: shows, games etc. - The view from the dining room to the sea is lovely. - The view from our room was also beautiful. - Hotel guests are a pleasant and polite population. - The service was kind. - Very big place. - There are a variety of attractions. - Free bottled water for guests
