Clean and comfortable apartment in a perfect location, just a few minutes by walk from the port. Very friendly staff. 100% recommend :)

We were unfortunate that internet was not working that night when we stayed in the apartment. Hosts told us that there was a problem in the all area.

The apartment is specious and super clean. Hosts are extremely nice, always responsive. They have us recommendation for tavernas etc… We stayed for one night only, since we came from Kephalonia by ferry and we had plane in the morning.

The street can get a little noisy during the night due to the traffic.

The apartment was very comfortable, big and clean. The landlady was lovely and caring, she made sure everything was OK and that we do not miss anything. The location is very good since it is close to the city center, the sea and restaurants. On Monday, Thursday and Saturday, there is even a farmers market with local and fresh food just across the street.

Alexandra's place is very close to the port and it is a perfect place for friends, couples or a small family too. She is immensely helpful and gives us a lot of advice as to what we should see and she also knows a reliable car rental place with reasonable prices that we could rent a car from. Moreover, she also happens to have connections for boat trips, so if you would like to go for a private boat trip you just have to ask her. I recommend her place to everyone, it is a nice, clean, and modern apartment, with a kitchen.

Road was noisy. Expected a code for the key safe but no reply.. Twice. Cleaner met us when we rang but no instructions for key on departure. Maybe communication could be improved, but mainly so guests don't worry if you don't hear back like us.

Good location, close to the port, nice apartment. Host helped us change reservation (reduce number of days) when we couldn't arrive for the first night because of some ferry strike. She was very helpful.

I woud only cover the sink hole in the bathroom and maybe add a shelf under the shower so you can put your soap/shampoo there but that is more of a small improvement that could be made rather then dislike:)

Great location and appartment was quiet and well equipped, spacious living room with a balcony and walkable distance to port, yet far from the crowd. Nice view!

The only thing you might have the problem with is the traffic noise. The appartment is on the corner of the main road on the island, it is very very busy. Ear plugs are essential. And one more thing, the location is not marked correctly, it is on the opposit side of the street of the Farmers' market.

Such a cute place. With everything you need. And the helpful host. Great if you need to be near the harbor.

Alexandra was very communicative and even offered to stay for 10 minutes to ensure everything was okay as we moved our luggage into the apartment. She also helped accommodate a difficult change in our schedule.

Good localization, 5 min on foot to the Centre of Zakintos and Port. Kind host, very helpful, good comunication. The apartment big, clean, equipped in necessery stuff. I truly recommend!

Host not helpful in an emergency situation: told me I could stay an extra day and then cancelled on me via whatsapp leaving me stranded with no rooms available in the area. And the water boiler was broken....since I had to have breakfast in the room at 5 am for ferry .....not nice.

The apartment does not match the photos.I arrived at 11:00 pm for a very long time could not contact the hostess to find out the address.To my great regret, there was not even a bottle of water in the fridge.To get to the room you need to go through the courtyard, covered with various rubbish.There was nothing in the apartment for convenience, no coffee, no kettle, not even a hair dryer.The air conditioning worked very poorly, it was impossible to set the temperature below 24 °.In the morning I had to look for other apartments.In the morning I had to look for other apartments, because the smell of mold in the room was simply unbearable.black corner with mold.The price is overpriced, at least three times, but for any money, I would not want to stay there again.

Waited more than 30 minutes when I arrived at the apartment. After check-in when I took a shower, hot water was not coming. Call the host - answer : Consumed all hot water and wait 20 min, but no hot water, could not take a shower. Next morning the same situation. Could not take shower and could not go out. Call host and booking.com call center. Afternoon hot water was coming. Next morning same situation hot water was not coming again. Call the host several times, No answer. Call booking.com call center and explained situation. I spent half day of first morning of my stay and next day also spent half day to wait for hot water and host response. Finally, I decided to move another place. I scheduled to stay 4 nights, but moved to hotel after two night's stay. The host did not answer to my call and did nothing. Check nearby hotels to find a room and as it was not the busiest season, I could find a room cheaper than this private apartment. I was really disappointed and my schedule was wholly in a mess. One more thing, bad smell from the pillow and bed spread (I read same complaints from the review). We could not sleep well. Could not take a shower and bad smell from the bed - it was the worst experience in my life. Hot water is not an optional service, it is basic for the comfortable stay and host are wholly responsible for the guest stay. Conclusion I and my wife were really disappointed in this apartment and host. Absolutely not recommend. Never

the shower may need some renovation, but it worked fine. The check in was not smooth as we had no instructions about which our apartment was ( there’s two of them) and we couldn’t reach the host via internet ( booking message or WhatsApp calls). She was expecting us to call her, but we weren’t aware of it, since we have always communicated via booking so far. However the host is very kind and I am sure this issue will be solved for the future.

the place is nice, cozy and clean exactly like in the pictures. Very close to the harbour and the city centre is just 10 min walk.

Alexandra was very communicative and available. The location is excellent right on the port and across a free public parking lot. The place was very good, comfortable and clean. Washing machine was a plus.

We had a wonderful stay at Alexandra’s appartment. Alexandra was a great host and gave us a lot of helpfull tips and recommendations. The appartment was very clean and user friendly. The pressence of things like pepper/salt/oil and laundry detergent were very convenient. The airconditioning in both rooms was very nice as well. We would definitly return in the future.

The kitchen lacks a few utensils, mostly frying pans and cooking pots.

Everything was great, the apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is great, 10' walkable distance to the center and there is always parking in front of the property. Also all kinds of shops (bakery, groceries, etc) are located at 2' from the apartment. I would return.
