Good for staying for one night

I've had problems with the internet. The signal was too weak in my room, but it worked in the other rooms. It was the only problem actually.

It's very close to the Lidl supermarket and not far from the beach. The hosts were very polite.

The staff didn’t talk english, we had silverware for only 2 people, while 5 of us were there, couldn’t contact the owner several times

There were no cooking utensils, toilet paper, blankets, there were 3 beds instead of 4, it was dirty, there was no shovel, the cutlery was dirty, it was loud, the owner of the hotel told us why we were going down the stairs with, as she thought, loud slapping, while wearing flipflop sandals...no soap, salt, spices, sponges, kitchen towel, dirty plates, basically nothing. They don't speak English, they barely answer the phone. After our stay they sent me a picture of the sand we broomed in a big pack, to be easier to tidy it, and said we do not respect their job, we could not tidy it because there was no shovel to put it in and we just wanted to be nice to not leave sand everywhere just in a big pack.

We arrrived very late in the evening and could not swich on air-condition because the remote controller was out of order. Next morning it was changed to another one that was ok, but we have to spend a night with opened balcony and loud sounds of avenue. According to the description, the room is located with "wiev to town" and on "busy street". In reality it is almost the last line of the town, the apartments have wiew on highway that connects Paralia Katerinis with the Olimpiaki Akti. To cross it you need use lights. "Buzy street" is not busy street with people, but with busses, truckes and cars. The tap in the bathroom is so short, that you hardly can put hands under it. Be ready for the next: -no curtain in the bathroom, after taking shower water is everywhere (the bath is very small). -3 hooks in the shower area, taking shower if you are not small and need to put your hand up, you can hurt yourself by these plastik hooks. -very small shell in the bathroom for personal belongins. -no table in the room, the only one is at the balcony. Eating is possible on the bad or at the balcony breathing with road smells and in the heat during the midday. -wardrobe is without shells, but with 2 big drowers, that is not very unconvinient. -We where 2 in the apartments, but in a really small room, there was foldable bad in assembled condition that we didn't use. -4 sockets in the room and none of them was near the bad. To use 2 of them for loading smartfon you need to you phone in the sink or on a shelf with dishes. The 3rd socket was for the electric stove, the 4th was close to that foldable bed, so I put my phone for charging on it (maybe it was standing there for this...) -Only one pot, one knife, no frying pan and kettle in the kitchen. It took long time to boil water for tea at rather slow electrick stove. -The soundproofing was not very good, so I could hear peeing of my neighbours or TV from the room of ms. Artemis.

Ms. Artemis wass very kind and helpful. We asked to leave our bags in the apartments before check in to go for THessaloniki. Ms. Artemis kinly put our things to our room after it was prepared for new visitors (us). We were also kindly let to leave our belongings after check out time to sweam more before leaving. + elevator. + a lot of glasses and plates + a lot of shops, tavernas etc in the town and a lot of people (I don't know if it is + :)) + there are often free concerts in the town (international folk festivals etc) The owner also kindly reminded that we need to take our own towels.

The Lady (mother of Dimitris) was very nice she, made us feel very welcome.

Staff (Dimitrios and Artemis), very friendlly. The room was simple but nice and clean.

There was no towels. The lady who was in her 70s, gave us the key of the studio said the police doesn’t allow them to give towels to the customers. My 9 year old tells better lies than that. The beds sheets were stinky also.

The property had a good size balcony.
