For a newly renovated hotel, surprised not to see us charging points in the room

Had a problem with tickets back to Athens. Staff went really out of their way to help us. Highly recommended

Not keen on the strip bars down the street but they were fortunately closed when I was there. Area is a bit run down.

Disappointingly, the swimming pool was right by the road.

Although I believe our room was considered "premiere" it was a little smaller than I thought it would be. Because of the heat at the time, they fitted the bed with a single sheet. No bedspread, just a sheet. We enjoy sleeping in a cooler environment so when we cranked down the AC that thin sheet just wasn't enough. They did provide us with a small blanket upon request. The sight of the "Kinky Strip Show" right next door was a surprise.

Honestly, the front desk staff made our stay 5 star. The pictures you see online are from the very best they have to offer, but you probably won't see those rooms. Alexandra and crew were friendly, provided outstanding customer service and were instrumental in our various plans to see the island with helpful and spot on recommendations. Above and beyond service! They all deserve a raise!

Easy walking distance to the old town but we didn’t realise when booking it was right next to a street of bars and strip clubs. There appeared to only be one iron in the hotel, it would be good if these were included with the room so you didn’t need to ask for it each evening. We didn’t use the pool but it always seemed to be busy.

Rooms are lovely and spacious and very clean. The staff were always very helpful with regards to local buses and water sports, and very friendly & welcoming. Our flight home was late at night and we were able to have showers in one of the suites after checking out and spending the day at the beach.

The location was excellent, handy to lots of shops and restaurants and across the road from the beach. It was within walking distance from the Old town. The breakfast was a buffet with lots of choices. If you didn't want breakfast at the hotel there were plenty of close by options. There was a convenience store across the road for snacks or other necessities

No air con in Gym and Tommy indoor a/c unit requires maintaining ad the constant gurgling noise means there is a refrigerant leak or a condensate blockage.

The room was obviously not cleaned well. Sure the sheets were changed and the toilet was scrubbed. But everyday we would find bits of sand and rocks from the day before, still in the same place. The shower was also not being cleaned, as some strands of hair would still be there the day after, and the glass of the shower had huge shampoo stains on it still there day after day.

Breakfast was very delicious and versatile. Location is super convenient. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The level of noise from young guys till the wee hours of the morning as the hotel is on the corner of the street with bars and strip clubs. The pool and deck area is too small for the size hotel.

Location to Rhodes down made it easy to walk to most places. The staff were great and very accomodating for most requests.

The swimming pool is placed almost on the street - there is no privacy and enough sunshine. But the public beach is very close so it wasn’t really an issue.

The bathroom could have been newer and a little bigger.

Staff were very helpful. The location of the hotel was very good. It was close to many restaurants and the city center. The view from the room was superb.

Pool floor in the suite is deadly dangerous and very slippery when get wet. Also only few hours of sun shine in the suite patio area and water in the pool is cold and there is no privete sunbeds. It was a little bit of disapointment.

Suite is big enough and the beds are super comfy. Hotel location is good next to the beach and restaurants. Spa is lovely and stuff there is very helpfull and allways smiling.
