The room is very clean, very well equipped, the lighting environment is very good, each bed has a small table lamp, the lighting brightness is very suitable, not dark and not dazzling. The room was well ventilated and the kitchen and balcony were clean. Every day there is room clean. And most importantly! The owner and his wife are exceptional! Exceptionally kind, ended up taking us to the airport with their own car, and was very responsible when we were staying and could be contacted at any time if we had any questions

Everything was amazing! Maria and her husband are the best hosts. The villa is beautiful and had everything that you need. The neighborhood was also great and very friendly people! The owners, Angelo and Maria, were the perfect hosts. The apartment is beautifully modern, equipped with everything you could need. The apartment is cleaned daily, and there is AC in the front room and bedroom, which was perfect for the hot weather. The building is in a great location, with many restaurants and supermarkets close by and the beach just a 5 minute walk away. Angelo and Maria go out of their way to ensure your stay is a comfortable as possible, making you feel at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our holiday.

excellent location, Very stylish modern comfortable and exceptionally clean apartment, with everything you could wish for. Maria and Angelo are the perfect hosts, very friendly and approachable. I felt confident we could ask them for any help or advice and they would oblige. We were provided with beach towels which were changed every few days. The upstairs bedroom gets quite hot and the small window doesn't provide much fresh air. The ACs could use a deep cleaning, they smell a bit bad on startup.

Very nice apartment, newly built building with private parking in the back. Our host, Angelo, was very friendly and helpful. We look forward to staying again in the future :)

There is nothing not to like!

I appreciated to stay in this new top class apartment equipped with everything you need, even washing machine. Facility is brand new and build with the lots of love from the family who owns it. We appreciated to stay in the heart of Tsilivi with closeness to restaurants, bakery, shops and the beach. Apartment has a an amazing view to the sea and the most beautiful sunrise appearing every morning. We were treated as extended family to the lanslords Maria and Angelos and we can only recommend this great place to stay.

Fantastic little boutique style apartments with kitchenette, laundry cupboard and all amenities you could possibly need whilst on holiday. Very close to shops, bars, restaurants etc. parking to rear. Maria and Angelos are wonderful people and make these apartments even more special.

Angelo and Maria and Costa - are wonderful people, friendly, sincere and always eager to help. Always accommodating. They have high standards, are passionate about their culture (wonderful to see) and are a great asset to the hospitality industry. - The room was impeccably clean and well equipped with everything you need (pans, glasses, towels, oven, coffee machine etc) - The apartments are really close to Tsivili beach which is a really beautiful beach with clean water, quite big and close to restaurants - The apartments are in the middle of the island making it incredibly convenient to explore both the northern region if you want to go to Shipwreck or south to Maratonisi island - The hosts (Maria and Angelo) are truly exceptional, especially Maria who is always at the reception and willing to help you with everything you need. She arranged taxis for us, recommended the best restaurants, and called to book us different activities eg: boat hire (I don't think there is something she can't help you with, with a smile on her face). She is a very nice person and the most hospitable person we ever meet at a hotel

The Alfa Luxury Apartments are new and are a very high standard of accommodation, beautifully appointed inside, clean and extremely well equipped. They are centrally located in Tsilivi with lots of restaurants, bars and shops right on your doorstep. The owners of the apartments are very nice, extremely helpful and very accommodating. I loved staying here, this is my second time!

We can't think of anything dislikeable.

One of the best, the most comfortable and the cleanest places we had ever stayed. The apts are mint, the equipment consisting of mostly upper-shelf brands, offering practically all you need and yet more-nespresso, induction top oven, iron with an ironing board, washing machine, two TV sets with Netflix🙂, rooms cleaned everyday, towels changed even more often while you ask, the hosts running the place more than caring-kept asking us what we needed, whether we liked the place etc. Although our apartment faced the street, yet at the same time we could see the sea on the horizon, the location perfect- the nearest supermarket round the corner, at most 300 meters by foot to the beach.

Outstanding apartment and Friendly hosts. Friendly and welcoming family-owned business: Maria, Angelos and his family were excellent hosts and went above and beyond throughout our stay. They also offer a complimentary shuttle too and from the airport, which was really smooth. They are extremely knowledgeable, kind and had some great recommendations for the island. The apartment: Incredible apartment which has been finished to the highest spec. The inside and outside oozes quality, with great amenities. The apartments are akin to a 5 star hotel. Location: Really central on the main strip. Close to several supermarkets, resturaunts, bars and only 5 minutes to the beach. Would definitely stay here again if we came back.

everything was perfect. The house is amazing, very spacious, 2 floors with bed and tv. the decoration is clean, there is an equipped kitchen and air conditioning. the localisation is perfect, it’s in a street where you have a lot of local restaurants (not only greek food), 10m away walk from the beach & 20m from private beaches, many tourist shops, mini golf, bars, arcade games (very funny after a dinner to laugh with kids or partner), eveything is open at night and you can reserve boat tours on site and it’s better than internet. ONE THING, everything in Zakynthos is cheap !!! it’s 25m away by taxi from big cities like Laganas, Zante, Argasi, taxis are very cheap (20-30€ maximum) there are a lot of activities to do in Zakynthos, private beaches, many landscapes more beautiful than each other (turtle island, shipwreck...) we stayed one night more cause we really enjoyed this place, the house was like ours, no one bothers you. if you need something Angelos’s family is always here (for the house or places to go…) amazing family, they are always here day/evening, they come to pick you up and drop you off at the airport for free. always smiling, but not oppressive they let you live your life.

The apartman was as beautiful as the photos show, was perfectly clean and comfy. It is a family business and they manage it with all their heart, Angelos and Maria and their family was so kind, funny and helpful that we felt ourselves at home. They also have a car rental office so it is very easy to manage your rental with them. The location is good, supermarkets, restaurants and the beach are all around. We had an extraordinary stay here, so we recommend it to everyone.

The internet can be a bit slow at times, but that is typical for Greece as we noticed.

We had a great stay at Alfa Luxury Apartments. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, they were there to help with any of our requests. They had also added little touches like some chocolates and wine to welcome us! The apartments are completely new and renovated, we booked a duplex for 4 adults. It is fully furnished, with a coffee machine, dishes, hair dryer, smart TV etc. I also appreciated the nets in the windows to prevent mosquitoes and flies from getting inside. The location is also really central, right on the main street with all the shops and restaurants and bars, but not at all noisy. It’s very easy to explore other nice beaches around the island with a car. We definitely recommend staying here.

The room could do with cleaning everyday. The sanctuary bin is left to long before it gets emptied. But if you ask everything is done without any issue. New business but doing a great job to make sure your stay is enjoyable

Everyone couldn't do enough the family were so helpful and delightful. The flexibility of the accommodation was so thought out and leaving time was well managed. We didn't get pushed out they worked around our flight time home which provided you with a pleasing feeling that you are welcome and can leave without any pressure when your ready.its about your holiday experience.

This is a brand new apartment house. Spacious, light, clean rooms. Totally well equipped with high quality equipment. Everything you want like being at home. Safe parking place is provided. Location is perfect. It is in the city center, but very good soundproof . There are a lot of good restaurants ( Elia is the best one exactly in front of the apartments), bars, supermarkets, shops. At the groundfloor there is one of the best rent a car in Zakynthos. Closest beautiful beach in 5 min. walking distance. This place is a good starting point if you want to discover Zakynthos other places. Staff is very friendly, helpful and kind family. They want to solve all of your issues and meet your needs. We travel a lot and it is one of best apartment that we have ever been.
