We will certainly be going back and if I had to offer some constructive feedback, it would be the following. The apartments could do with privacy screens between the unit balconies and some form of outside smoking policy as this can be a nuisance if there are many smokers outside as the smoke tends to drift into the units.

Clean, modern, well located. Perfect as a lock up and go type small family unit. Nice grounds, quiet street. The owner is fantastic, really friendly, attentive and generous.

Maria is an impecable host, lovely communication and very helpful! The room is modern and the mattress super comfortable. The location is walking distance from the beach and all kind of services (supermarket, restaurants, etc). Hope to repeat soon :)

Good location, just a short walk from town. The room was large, comfortable and properly cleaned. Lovely host provided coffee and drinks for us which we enjoyeed on the balcony.

Missing wardrobe

Really nice and relaxing place, modern and well equipped with all necessities. The location also is great, 3 minutes away from the beach and the main street. Strongly recommend!

The host is a very nice lady, she helped us with every question which we had. The apartment in which we stayed was very clean and comfortable. It had everything that we needed during our stay. The yard is big and comfortable, especially if you're visiting with a kid and he/she needs a place for play.

Nothing to dislike

The apartment was fantastic, modern, very clean, great value and positioned perfectly for a two minute walk to the beach. The owner was fantastic helpful and went the extra mile to accomodate parking of two motorcycles for a week whilst we enjoyed our holiday. Me and my wife had a perfect week there, I wouldn't have changed a thing. Plenty to do in Nikiti, although we spent most of our time doing absolutely nothing on the beach and in the clear sea water. Highly recommended

The cooker stove was a bit slow, but nothing else.

We had a great stay here. the property is very close to the beach, extremely clean and the garden is a plus because the kids can play. They were changing towels and sheets every two day, we’re leaving coffee capsules everyday. The owner, Maria, a wonderful woman, took us even to the medical center because our son got stung by an insect, with her car. We will definitely come back again.

Everything was wonderful. The hosts are very kind. The room was large and extremely comfortable. Cleanliness is at a super high level. It was quiet and peaceful. Brand new family hotel in a quiet area. The room is designed in both traditional and contemporary style. Very nice outdoor area. Clean room, nice host, everything was great.
