Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

GreeceThe breakfast was perfect. There is a big variety of things that you can choose from, in order to make your breakfast. The taste was great and it can satisfy even the most challenging of palates.

United KingdomThe hotel was very quiet and looked dated and tired. Rarely saw public areas been cleaned. Public toilets needed attention. The spa and wellness centre was not included in the room rate especially the suites and was an extra €15 per person. We did look round it but it was clear it wasn't being used didn't look very clean equipment in some cases wasn't working the pool area looked unloved and just wasn't worth the money apparently that was for the cost of the electric. The public areas had no atmosphere at all no music nothing. Breakfast was pretty much the same each day but was OK. The pool bar just wasn't it looked closed no drinks on show no idea what they offered and had no set opening time. It felt like the hotel was starting to close for the season despite the fact that there are still guests there.
We booked a suite and was offered an upgrade but decided to stay with the room we booked. Beautiful room lovely furnishings and linens etc. Lovely bathroom with twin sinks and jacuzzi bath. Sizeable terrace with nice furniture. Didn't have the bathrobes etc should have a mini bar and coffee tea making facilities. That said loved it. On another note special mention to Tassos who was a lovely guy gave us lots of local information and was a pleasure every day.

TurkeyI guess we have booked at off season. The staff was less than needed. There were couple of people working continuously, but that was not enough. We always leaved some little problems of missing utensils, glasses, mugs etc, and have hard time to find a clean table to sit. There were no service near the pools and also to have a coffee. at the sea view balcony was very hard.
The hotel location was excellent. The facility was incredible. There were 5 different nice pools and we can also choose to swim in the sea. The balcony view was also excellent. The interest at reception was extra ordinary, we loved the people there, their closer and warm interest is the best thing in that hotel.

United StatesCouldn’t get hot water in tub to work the first night and had trouble with water leak, but they may have just been opening up for the season and the particular unit had a problem. They were responsive, and I loved the room otherwise, so I didn’t want to change rooms. The shower was separate, and it did have hot water, so it was a savior, but shower curtains were a bit long, and it covered two sides of a square stall, as I recall, with not much of a lip, so it felt less than aesthetic to me, but it appeared to be an accessible shower, so that may have been the reason, but they could have shortened the curtains a bit, or used a different type of curtain/material, so it wasn’t just sitting in a puddle on the shower floor.
Fabulous view from room I was given at end of main hallway. Views from dining area are fabulous, as well. It felt very luxurious and relaxing, and it definitely gave it a resort feel, with the gorgeous view before you, and the setting. Food and selections/variety were good, also, and amenities were good, also. Maria at the front desk was fabulous, and the fellow who invited me in when I came to see the hotel, when I was considering moving to this hotel, was wonderful, also.

CyprusThe hotel have 4 pools. The first day we arrived only one of them was functional and clean. One of them had green water and the others were dirty. When we asked, the staff told us that they were facing an error and they were trying to fix it. The bar staff was really rude and when we asked for a coffee they told us that they were really busy and that we are bothering them. They told us that they were gonna charge the coffee to our room and the next day they very rudely implied that we gave them a wrong room number and that we tried to fool them which was not the case. When we pointed out that this was not true he did not even apologise. The room was clean but the tv signal was poor, and a few titles from the bathroom were missing.
Good location, clean rooms, very polite receptionists

AustraliaThere is nowhere to hang towels after your shower. I needed to ask for a clothing rack. The plugs in the basin and spa kept getting stuck, and we could not remove them.. Spa was confusing to use. Needed to call staff to remove plugs.
The fact that it was close to Molyvos shops and restaurants and a 10-minute drive to petra and Anaxos. Pools were all clean.

TurkeyThe only thing that I did not like was the quality of the breakfast. When compared to other hotels we had stayed the breakfast was very poor indeed. This is my only remark.
The receptionist Maria was very friendly, nice and smiley all the time. She was responding all our questions and finding quickly solutions. ,

TurkeyHonestly, breakfast - coffee was undrinkable. Some improvements in the main building - its really run down.
Two different building - main one is quite old, new one with suits is new. Our son ad a room in the old building and complained on bathroom (quite old). View from rooms we reserved (suit and maisonette) was breathtaking. Breakfast was very limited. Pool bar is ok. Dinner buffet was ok. Location is good as it is quite close to Mythimna, which is great to be in. A lot of parking WIFI so so.

We were upgraded to suites which were wonderful compare to mezonette. The breakfast was good and they have a big parking area. The hotel is big and have beautiful gardens.

Estonia3 not so good things: - the breakfast selection could be bigger and coffee machine is not making good coffee (taste like Nescafe) - On terrace is flying bees so you will compete with them for food or stay inside and you will be safe. - little space between the toilet and the sink. And why a separate shower corner and a separate bathtub. You only need one.
Really nice hotell. Good location, beautiful views, many nice swimming pools. We were staying near swimming pool and ordered coffee and salad from bar. Recommend ordering from there because coffee was good (not Nescafe) and delicious salad. Staff was really friendly!! In recepcion was working lovely and happy lady and she gave us a family room which has extra beds. At the beginning we booked regular room for 2 adults and 1 kid but instead they offered expensive and larger room. There is some toys in recepcion, also small playground and swimmingpool for kids. Room was big and clean, had also balcony. In the eavning we went to resturant and there was also really friendly bartender who made good seasonal fruit drink! I repeat once again, very nice service and a very beautiful big hotel! I Would definitely recommend and would stay there again in the future.
