Perfect place to stay, very beautiful view from the terrace. The studio is perfectly clean and big enough for two. Nikos is a very kind and accommodating host! You should know that the house is at a height and it is recommended to have a car, but if you like to walk, everything is ok! If we come back to Kefalonia, we will definitely stay here.... I wholeheartedly recommend it!

I cannot fault the apartment but recommend hiring a car. The location is quite remote and quite a long walk from restaurants or a shop. We managed without a car but we did walk 90 miles in 10 days which obviously would not suit everyone. The area is very hilly so the walking is probably not suited to anyone with limited mobility.

Beautifully kept apartments with stunning views. The hosts were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Towels and sheets were changed every three days and the rubbish taken every day. Very quiet location on the edge of a very small village.

You really need a car or a bike to explore the island

This is a truly wonderful place with a superb sea view. Our studio was clean, spacious and equiped with everything we needed. The beds are comfortable with soft linen. And the hosts, Melpo and Nikos, are very nice and helpful. We had the feeling of being in a quiet and safe haven. And this island is heaven on earth. Go to Myrtos, Petani, Antisamos or Melissani and you will be enchanted.

Access to the beach isn't quite straightforward, and also generally, you deffinitely need a car here. It isn't a negative per se, but you should be aware of it.

No longer walkable to the beach since the land opposite has been developed...you should change the description to reflect this. Plus, quite a track to the nearest tavernas etc.

There was literally nothing I didn’t like! Everything was perfect!

I liked EVERYTHING! Especially the cleaning, the sheets, the terrace, the owner, everything. The cleaning lady was coming everyday and changing sheets every 2 days. Amazing!

When we walked by the road to the apartments for the first time we came across dangerous dog that attacked us (luckily he didn't bite us), this is of course not Alkioni's fault, but simply be aware of it, since there is only one way to get there. Best way is to simply rent a car (you will need one anyway to get to the beaches / restaurants)

Maybe I would preferred a different type of pillow but this is just a matter of preferences.

The studio was large, plenty space to have your summer stuff. Clean and well equipped on the kitchen. All rooms had a sea view and a big balcony. The owners were kind and did everything for us to have a great vacation. Easy to reach and quite in the evening.

More plug sockets at bedside to be able to use lamps and chargers. Only one socket in kitchen more needed. More utensils in kitchen would make it easier to prepare food ie: baking dishes. But that's it, we are being picky.

Well maintained, very clean, excellent views from balcony. Friendly handover of keys. Would stay again in the future.
