Beautiful newly renovated hotel with a great room. Jacuzzi was heated and very relaxing in the chilly autumn weather. The beds were super comfy and the service was splendid. Our breakfast was delicious. Also we had lunch at the pool one day and it was the best we had on the Island

The hotel is in a great location if you don’t want the hustle and bustle of Fira and Oia. Good selection of restaurants in Pyrgos, lovely atmosphere. Easy to catch the bus into Fira to explore the island, equally easy to get about on foot. I really do recommend staying at Alleys we had a wonderful 3 days, we couldn’t fault anything. Loved the hot tub and loungers on our terrace, great breakfast too.

United KingdomEverything about Alley’s Boutique is pure class. Stunning in every way. They have nailed the balance of stylish elegant & personal service. All the bedroom amenities you could wish for; bathrobes, Nespresso machine, quality linen, safe that fits a laptop, to name but a few. Breakfast is a la carte and is fantastic, produce is of the highest quality, & full selection of coffees all included. The staff are first class. The pool is beautiful, and because each suite has its own loungers & jacuzzi or plunge pool the main pool is really tranquil. Cocktails were superb too. Location is excellent, away from the crowds of Oia (where we’ve stayed previously). Pyrgos is amazing, there are 360 degree views of the whole island where you can enjoy both sunrise and sunset. You have little alleyways with traditional tavernas, shops and cafés on your doorstep, or easy bus route to Fira and beyond. Would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat. And if you want time to visit the island make sure you add a few extra days to just relax at the hotel, the food and facilities are too lovely not to have the time to enjoy.

The staff were kind and helpful in every way The room was huge, hot tub was actually hot, pool was luxurious, breakfast was a la carte (not continental) and finally.... THE SPA! The spa was included with our room, but if we had had to pay extra, we would have. There is a waterfall Jacuzzi, steam room and a dry sauna in cedar. You book 30min slots at reception and it is totally private. It was one of the best experiences we had in Santorini. LOCATION: Great access to the island bus system, either at Santo Wines or in Pygros. The town of Pygros is beautiful, but best of all it is not crowded like Oia or Fira. We ate at Cava Alta, Jacob's (better view than Oia in our opinion) and Brusco. All were a 5 min walk and all were fabulous food. Finally, the mini market in the main square sells local cheese, there is a bakery too! We want to thank everyone at the hotel for their kindness and the amazing quality of our stay. We were stuck on Santorini for two extra days due to weather-related cancellations of our ferries. We were feeling a little down, but our stay at Alleys turned our trip around. We hope to come back next year with friends. It was so amazing, we want other people to experience Alleys like we did :)

Amazing hotel - felt extremely luxurious. Our room with its own pool was fantastic and all the staff were great (especially Stephan with his great cocktails!). Breakfast was delicious and we loved the location in Prygos.

This hotel is faultless - from the first point of contact till checking out, the staff at Alleys do everything they can to make your stay on Santorini as enjoyable as possible, it was a stay that will be hard to beat and impossible to forget. The rooms are beautifully appointed, with a incredibly comfortable bed and great spa on the terrace. Breakfast is fantastic, a huge amount of options. Highly recommend making the most out of the on site spa - it is perfect. The bar staff, esp Stefan, just further built an incredible experience.

What an amazing place! Fabulous boutique hotel with views towards Pyrgos and the mountain beyond. From the outdoor hot tub on the back terrace of our room 404 we had a panoramic view of Akrotiri and that part of the caldera. Our suite was very private and spacious and had its own front garden terrace. Though we also liked to relax around the stunning pool area. Immaculately clean and well tended. Excellent customer service, especially Stephanos who welcomed us as friends and made our holiday extra special.

not only the hotel is beautiful, the staff is incredibly nice and helpful. they gave us the best service we ever experienced. From reception to housekeeping to the spa.
