Nothing you add all wonderful

Loved the villa, super clean, lovely people, the pool and garden are superb. Beds and bedlinen top quality. Kitchens a bit limited and more selection of plates and knives plus bowls would be helpful if staying longer but not a complaint. So many nice walks can be taken and try the pizza place on the beach plus supermarket at bottom of the roads well stocked. As its far away from the main port you can get a taxi or we hitch hiked and was super easy. Try the next few towns which are a short ride or nice walk up the forest road. We will return it was perfect.

A car is mandatory because it is not always easy to get a taxi on the island and the house is not in a central area. Some umbrellas around the pool would be nice to get some shade.

Beautiful house very close to the sea. It looks even better in real than on the pictures. Comfy room, amazing pool, nice rooftop, … The atmosphere at Villa Almyra is super peaceful! And the host is very friendly. We loved our stay.

A lovely quiet area but needed to hire a car as not near to shops or restaurants.

Very nice decor and rooms in lovely quiet area. Has great pool and a roof terrace with additional plunge pool to watch sunset. Rooms have ensuite bathrooms. Fridge and sink in each room with toaster and coffee maker. The best host who showed us around and was always on hand for any queries. Would thoroughly recommend.

Very clean and well maintained. The owner is very communicative and kind, he makes sure that everything is perfect. The view from the balcony and from the roof, wonderful! Also on the roof is a new jacuzzi with a sea view. Thank you Vasilaky

There are minimal local buses, but the property should still provide a general bus timetable as the apartment is a bit isolated.

The room was spacious with a lovely balcon and great seaview. Lovely pool area. Property managers Manos & Vassilis were very helpful and friendly. Near a beach as well with a restaurant and and supermarket in walking distance.

Perfect location for a relaxing holiday! The host is very friendly, helpful and will do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The bedroom and bathroom are large, clean and have all the facilities that are needed. The spacious swimming pool with comfortable wooden chairs next to it, is the perfect space to load up your batteries.

Quiet place, 20min driving from both Aegina town and Agia Marina. Each corner is beautifully decorated, giving a cozy atmosphere. Loved relaxing by the pool and the beautiful garden. The room had a nice sea view balcony, comfortable mattresses and pillows and kitchen basics. Everything was super clean. Vassilis's hospitality makes you feel at home, but without having to worry about anything! Enjoyed every minute!!

We spent the first week of August at Vassili’s place. It’s an overall wonderful stay. The house is brand new, very well thought, designed and built. Our room had a very good bed, high quality linen, convenient bathroom (shower), little kitchenette with fridge, toaster, frappé mixer and efficient AC. During our stay, Vassili installed a XXX. It was a very good opportunity to understand his culture of detail. The tiny garden has a big s miming pool (4x8) perfectly clean a d very deep (3m). We stayed around a couple of afternoons, and Vassili had many kind attention, offering a juice, fresh fruits, frappé or even an Ouzo. The furniture around the pool is comfortable. Vassili usually plays pop standards on the nice sound system. No too low, not too loud, ideal for us. When his English reached its limits, Popy his teenage daughter was very helpful, already supporting this nice family business. We recommend the place for couples.

Only one restaurant close to the property, but this restaurant is good!

Spotless clean, everything looks very new, owner is very caring and serves refreshments to the pool. Perfect place to relax, very close to the ocean. Would definitely come again. Thank you!

There was nothing we disliked

The property was perfectly clean and maintained. Everything was tastefully designed and offered great sea views from the suites. The pool area is also beautiful and relaxing. The hosts were also very friendly and made a big effort to make our stay comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place, especially for couples. Everything was perfect.

Firstly, this is not a private villa, in case anyone else makes a mistake in thinking it was. - on booking it said children not allowed, meanwhile had to listen to baby shark and a kid yelling 3/9 days of our stay. - you can’t use the towels from your room for the pool and u are not provided other towels so bring your own. - if you want privacy, i do not recommend the villa since the owner is always there doing something (cleaning his car, repairing something etc). - some rooms are half the size than others so be careful which one u get - since we booked for 9 days, we expected at least a change of sheets mid stay but that didn’t happen and when asked for it, we were giving clean sheets in plastic bag to change our self. (the owner not so happy about it and when we gave him the old sheets, he counted very carefully so we don’t steal one) - “common room” not available or open just when the owner decides. wasn’t presented to us, we just saw it on booking as available. - also, no towel change whatsoever. - pool is not private - private for the whole villa and whoever comes there. Mostly a bad experience for us, maybe suitable for some people but for 2800€ u get much better - not just 1 small room and a bigger one with a kitchen but no stove or any other device you could prepare ur self breakfast.

It had a clean pool, clean rooms when you get there.
