A perfect vacation home for a couple's vacation. The house is fully equipped and clean. The welcome was warm and we got an answer to every question. The beaches are within walking distance or a short drive, there are plenty of good restaurants in the area. highly recommend !

The welcome from George the owner was friendly and informative, with excellent recommendations on restaurants. The suite is spotlessly clean and modern, with Netflix, Prime, and Apple on the two SMART TVs. The suite is a short walk from Plakias and its beach and a 10-minute drive to Ammoudia and Ammoudaki beaches.

This villa has everything you need for a perfect vacation: modern and new furniture, fully equipped kitchen, toiletries, white spotless towels, bedding & bathrobes, Nespresso machine with Nespresso pods that were refilled every day, dishwasher, washing machine, a pool that gets cleaned every day, freshly cut grass in your garden. We had a room service every day and the owner George visited us once and brought us some fresh oranges (so we made fresh orange juice as the kitchen is equipped with a juice presser!) and homemade pies. We really appreciated it! He was also always abailable when we had questions. You can tell that George and his team really take care of you and want you to enjoy your stay. We would love to come back one day. Thank you!!! P.S.: the location is great too, it's a ten minute walk to Plakias beach and the town had to offer everything you need (bakeries, restaurants, shops, massage place, etc.).

George the owner was extremely friendly and helpful and welcomed us when we arrived. George explained us how to operate the different facilities and provided us with nice refreshments. Pantelis the contact person for the reservation was helpful, gentle and kind. Both are extremely helpful and friendly. We stayed in villa Toulipa. Increteblue is a complex of several accommodations some offering pools and some offering Jacuzzi's. The location is very good, close to the beach and all the stores but relatively quiet and peaceful.

Increteblue Suites was fantastic for us - we only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed longer. The locaiton as great, a quick walk to the beach (or very quick drive) and downtown area. The host was very friendly and available for questions/recommendations. Amazing bathroom and comfortable bedroom!

Having to leave!

The suite and the grounds were in great condition and well presented with everything you could wish for with great attention to detail and quality to make a special stay. The pool and villa are cleaned every day by very friendly and conciencious staff and the host George goes above and beyond to ensure that your stay goes without a hitch. We would highly recommend a stay here.

Should have planned to stay longer....

Very nice brand new villa with private pool and jacuzzi and outside BBQ. The house is spacious, quiet, well equipped, perfectly located to explore Plakias and the surrounding country-side. Easy parking. George, the owner, is very welcoming, available at any time, and goes far beyond the last mile to answer your every needs and make sure your stay is just perfect. The bottles of raki and wine waiting for you in the fridge are a very nice plus!

We stayed 5 nights in July 2021. The villa looks brand new and is very well designed. We loved the pool and jacuzzi! The beds are very comfortable. The villa and pool were cleaned every 2 days. The owner was very helpful, he arranged everything we needed; Great tips for exploring the neighborhood and restaurants. We highly recommend staying at Increteblue Suites!

Everything about the property was just amazing! Yiorgos, the host, was extremely welcoming and made us feel like home. I cannot recommend the Increteblue Suites enough! We will definitely be coming back as we had a fantastic and relaxing time. The suite was meticulously clean, the pool was cleaned every day and honestly I can’t think of a single negative thing to say. Thank you Yiorgo!!!!

The accommodation is outstanding. The furniture is new and of very high quality. The rooms were invariably clean. The kitchen is modern and has all the utensils you need. The staff is very courteous and polite. The pool is very well maintained and clean. So far the best accommodation we were able to accommodate on Crete !!! Grade A +

Shared entrance to apartments - meaning lack of privacy. We couldn’t get in contact with the number provided so that we could check in and had to call over 10x. Staff walking through grounds constantly without any care. No privacy. We also woke on the first morning to our front door wide open which we had definitely shut properly the night before and someone had also shut our bedroom door that leads to the outside. This made us feel very uncomfortable. When we discussed our concerns with the owner we were told “it was the wind” and that “nobody had opened the door using the pinpad”, which was a lie. He was also very unapologetic and rude and abrupt. We also asked for privacy the following morning after this incident and awoke to people in the grounds/yard yet again. Eg - the cleaner walking through our pool area numerous times to get to another apartment which she could have used their entry. This is quite an expensive property and it is absolutely not what you would expect from paying such a large fee. No sympathy was given to the situation and we were made to feel like we had made it up or that it was our fault.

Lovely facilities, very comfortable and plush while still homely.
