Nice hotel/appartement located in a very small village with only a few shops and restaurants. It is located quite central on the island which makes it easy to explore the whole island of Zakynthos. The hotel provides all basic facilities and a nice breakfast. It has private parking on the other side of the road.

The environment is neglected, shabby and littered. The breakfast is unpretentious. There are many mosquitoes, there are no mosquito nets on the doors and windows. Overall acceptable but not outstanding.

The host is very kind and helpful. They cleaned every day. The beach is nice, it is right next to the accommodation. Overall acceptable.

The staff is very friendly and responsive. The building/garden seems to be in a good shape. THE BREAKFAST IS ABSOLUTELY BRILIANT!!!

We did not have a kettle in the room to start with and assumed one was not provided. We should have asked.

Friendly family apartments run by Spiros and his family. Set in a quiet location with its own pool and close to the beach. A good breakfast was included and prepared every day by Spiro's mum Mina. We were on the top floor which have the traditional Greek bathrooms, I understand the more expensive rooms on the ground floor have the upgraded bathrooms. On leaving our hire car died. Spiros tried jump starting it and when that failed offered to give us a lift to the airport. You can't get better than that for service.

A lot of trucks and bikes make noise during the day and also night. You can’t sleep with the windows open.

Close location to a small beach. Big rooms Nice Balconies Close stores and restaurants New air conditioner Fridge, hair dryer and an electric stove are a big plus

It's better to explain that towels will be changed every 3 days due to SDGs(I don't know the exact reasons..) Also, the photo of bathroom was a little different from the actual.

The location of the hotel is PERFECT, nice and quiet, and only 10 min ride from all the restaurants and bars. The beach is only a few meters away and there is a great restaurant next to it where you can literally spend all day tanning swiming and eating. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Breakfast was freshly cooked, delicious and very convenient. Spiros, the owner, was an absolut legend. He helped us with everything we needed, and went the extra mile and Jennifer, the lady in charge of the cleaning was very helpful and attentive 🙏. Thanks for making our stay feel personalised.

From the beginning, he went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our vacation was perfect. One of the many ways Spiros made our trip unforgettable was by organizing our travel arrangements and coordinating hassle-free bus trips for our day excursions. We didn't have to worry about a thing, as he took care of all the details, making our experience stress-free and enjoyable. It is recommended to rent a car if you stay here, because you need it to se all the attractions on the island. The owner also can help in this.

The owner, Spiros is very kind and helpful. The cleaning lady cleans the rooms everyday and change the sheets every third day. The location is good, the see is very close and beautiful. The breakfast is also good. I highly recommend this place, we really enjoyed our stay here.

One room did not have a insect net in the bathroom, but this is nothing compare to the hole place that is great!
