We had a bungalow on the 11th floor which was fantastic. Large room with a great view from the balcony and very close to the pool. Everywhere was spotless and all the staff were all so professional and friendly. We enjoyed the Greek night at the taverna on the 11th floor - the food was amazing. Breakfasts had everything you could want.

Nearly everything was perfect.Restaurant and Bar looked amaizing. For breakfast we had multiple choices. Room was spacious and clean. Swimming pool was just as fantastic and hotel has its own private watelfall! Brilliant

My only remark is that the elevator needs to be fixed, I had to press the button many times to get to my room's floor.

Everything was very good. It was very nice of the hotel to send me a bottle of Champagne for my birthday :) The staff is very friendly and cooperative. Highly recommended.

The spa area (steam bath and finish sauna) is quiet small but what is sad is there is no relaxing area! For a 5* I think that is really a surprise. The hotel could add some lounges into the pool area at least. This is pushing you to enter the another spa where you have to pay 30 EUR per visit and treatments are overpriced. Also, dont get a room on 9th floor as its super noisy because above is restaurant. Which means from 7-10 in the morning and 7-11 at night you will constantly hear loud noises of people dragging chairs above your head. I sleep with ear plugs and you can still hear it so imagine how loud it is. Also, the noises are coming from the main road but this is at least compensated with the stunning room views. Next time I would ask for floor 7 or 8 :)

The room was nothing like the room advertised as a paid upgrade but was stil a decent suite with a good size. Breakfast buffet looked tired. Salad vegetables were not fresh and the choice of options became boring. Waiting staff are too eager to clean the tables. Let the guests finish the food on their plates. Lobby bar was closed so there was nowhere to sit and relax with a cofee other than the room.

We like that the hotel is spotlessly clean. Location is good.. Off season prices are very reasonable. Nothing else taht you could say was positive to add for this trip. Last visit was much better.

We had to rent a car to get around. It's like an hour walk to the city and the but comes every 20-40 minutes.

Our room. We stayed in the bungalows and it felt very dated. The outside looked beautiful but inside felt like the interior, walls, tiling and general fixtures haven’t been touched since the 80s.

The restaurant in the hotel near the pool was slightly overpriced and the food wasn’t very nice. Other restaurants were advertised that were meant to be in the restaurant but they hadn’t opened yet. It could have just been the time of the year. If eating, we found nice restaurants in walking distance that would be more worth the money.

There were lots of good facilities - gym, lots of pools, easy access to the beach, a sauna, and an outside waterfall area. Our favourite pool was the rooftop pool because it was the quietest and was very relaxing. The rooms were clean and a good size. The balcony was roomy. The bathroom had a nice rain full shower with a mirror that didn’t fog in the middle after having a shower. The breakfast buffet food was very varied and delicious. They also served freddo cappuccinos when we requested them during breakfast. The staff can easily book you a taxi when requested, and it comes within a few minutes. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating and they made the stay lovely.

The top 14 food allergens weren’t marked on the buffet food or the menu. In the UK these are marked in every restaurant menu to ensure that families with allergies can eat safely

The breakfast had great choice, the pools were amazing. There was a lot of space in the hotel which have a relaxing feel.
