Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomIt was ok for the price we paid but constantly something was wrong- leaking ac in multiple rooms, broken (leaking) tap. Lack of electricity in the whole building after using hob (no idea why they keep it there since you can’t use it). Not enough of kettles. Maisonette with small children is not recommended, stairs are too narrow and it’s easy to fall (even for adult- I didn’t feel safe when walking downstairs). Some days food was just awful- we were able to explore nearby restaurants. When booking taxi just called companies directly as drivers told us that receptionist gets extra commission for it, hence it’s more expensive.
Property was cleaned quiet often with very friendly staff. Whenever we had any issues with room it was quickly addressed/ fixed. We booked multiple rooms- from maisonette to double ones and in majority of them everything was fine. Food was ok, but nothing special- some days food was great the other time- nothing to eat. Staff was lovely. It was our weeding -family trip and we received a bottle of wine- nice gesture. Overall you get what you paid for. We did not expected much and if not our guests most likely we wouldn’t book it. There was small playing area for children and special pool for them- that’s a plus for families. Also we were able to pay extra to extend our stay (late evening flight) for additional price.

As 3 star's hotel I was nice surprised about everyday room service. The personal was kind and helpful. There wasn't a big choise of food but enough to create tasty meal. Every room is with balcony. The size of room is big enough. Good location, very close to really amazing place which one is Santa Marina Beach Bar ⛱️ have to see it.

United KingdomAfter reading the reviews days before we travelled we were extremely worried that our holiday may be scuppered. However as soon as we arrived we felt at ease. Arrival- we arrived in the middle of the night the man on the desk was very pleasant and helpful. He gave us lots of information including the all inclusive programme on a sheet on paper. Room- our room was as described on booking.com, this included air conditioning in our booking price. Our balcony was big. The room was clean. The towels and bedding could have been changed more frequently. Food- the all inclusive programme was basic however we think this is very justified due to the price. We are vegetarian and found something to eat at every mealtime. All mealtimes were fine, the food was constantly topped up and refreshed, seating was always available, the staff were very very hardworking! Pool- the pool needs some maintenance work but again this is reflected in the hotels 3 star rating. There are plenty of sunbeds however some are very tired and broken. There are lots of large trees providing good shade. An improvement would be to clean the pools better there is sadly a build up of algae in the childrens pool Staff- we found all staff very pleasant during our stay, all very polite, friendly and helpful. The staff in the restaurant work extremely hard- better than some 5star hotels we have stayed in. They continuously clean up, remove plates and replenish food options. Location- we picked this hotel due to the location and we were so pleased. Close to the beach 5minute walk. Old town 10mins on bus. Kallthiea 10mins. Falaraki 15mins. Thank you.

United KingdomThere is no kettle in rooms, in room 525 shower curtain is short so every time when we had shower, bathroom turned into a pond. There was no filter in basin drain. Poor internet connection.
Whenever we needed help, a member of staff was there to sort it out. All inclusive service was excellent.

United KingdomThe rooms are fairly small and basic it was okish after we moved rooms. Basic food, they need to make a little more effort. Also it is preferable to have a car to go to places. The beach featured is of walking distance but expensive and bookable!

The member of staff at the pool bar was rude and rolled their eyes when I asked about what was included in the all inclusive package.

Best value for money. Lively pool. Great location with bus stop outside hotel entrance. From airport get bus into centre and bus from center to hotel (very cheap). Bus goes to Falarki and Rhodes town late at night (last bus at 11) so perfect Location fit going out. It’s very easy to get a taxi home from either location (€15-€20) at 3/4am.

United KingdomThe bedding wasn't changed over our 2 week stay. Bathroom wasn't cleaned, just new towels ever 3 days & beds made up. All inclusive ends at 10:30pm which we knew, but very annoyed at being told we could only be served with one drink each as the manager thought we had too much! Tried to explain we are a family of 7, so 2 people from the family go to the bar to get drinks for everyone else. We aren't greedy! Food not the best, ate out a lot! So this annoyed me even more with the drinks issue above, as we paid all inclusive but didn't always use it. Didn't like the way the manager looked & spoke to my 19 year old daughter, very inappropriate! Really felt as if we weren't too welcome, don't know if it's because we were all inclusive, British or both! All in all not the best place to stay, much better 3 * accommodation in the area. Won't return & wouldn't recommend
Most of the staff are lovely & friendly. Location is good, really close to some excellent beaches. Aircon & WiFi included in the price when booking with booking.com

The personal is very polite, helpful, fast, professional!!! Specially the receptioniest - Katy and Ingrid do perfect job and make your day better! Also Adonis at pool bar and Dimitri at lobby bar do great job. Nadia in restaurant is polite and friendly.

PolandVery recommendable hotel with super friendly staff and excellent value for money. We booked all inclusive and it was very good choice - the food was tasty and for this price we really could not expect anything better. The hotel is a 15min bus drive to the city center but it was not an inconvenience, the buses go every 30min and the bus stop is right next to the hotel. All in all very pleasant stay!
