Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. We even got a free upgrade of the room, thanks to the receptionist Dimitra- very lovely lady. Also, the hotel manager was very helpful and professional.It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Breakfast could be better. There are no marked names of foods, as well as a clearly communicated and separate section for vegetarians, food for babies, etc.The spa can be used for a charge.

The hotel is new, very spacious beach, well maintained area around the premises. Green grass, olive trees, where you can put a sunbed. Very well planned hotel, the rooms are spacious and well equipped. A lot of areas, where you can sit, have a drink or rest and read a book. Many diffrent areas with sunbathing options. Very well positioned main restauarant with magnificient view over the sea. Fully functional lobby bar. Quality materials around and in the premisses. I have been in many hotels on Halkikidiki, a can responsibly say - this one of the best ones! Different sunbed options as well and very fast and polite service at the beach. The hotel has and offers everything you need for a good vacation. I will definitely stay in this hotel again next year. I almost forgot - the hotel is on one of the best beaches on Halkidiki.

Hope to pay more atention to small details such as: -no vacuum cleaning in rooms -the beach is dirty -food at pool bar is very bad -glass parapets on terasa are dirty(from birds) -quality of fruits was not as for 5 stars. Hope to be better next year

The hotel is new so it is looking very well. Room is fine, very confortable. Breakfast and dinner very good, lot of food for all tastes. Staff is excelent; congratulation. We felt very well at Ammoa, hope to come back.

The cleaning of the hotel was a bit disappointment. The rooms and hotel could be more clean.. I think if they improve the cleaning would be more nice! Also the breakfast was okay but for a 5 star hotel it could be more extensive.

The staff was so kind and helpfull. They were all such nice people! The hotel was very beautifull. Swimmingpool was nice and the beach was amazing. Also very nice location.

Staff service at every point is not matching 5 star expectations, not even close. From reception, house keeping and restaurants service, especially at breakfast. In a rainy day - table tennis is without rockets, table football- no balls...Nothing to do different from the beach and spa..

The beach had a lot of rocks and was hard when we were entering the sea. From the meals we had at the hotel, we missed the seafood. Most of the time it had just single fish-based food which didn't taste good.

It was great! Everyone we interacted with treated us with the most respect. We especially liked Christina and Fellini (we are not sure if this was her name). The Pilates instructor we had a session on September 3rd during our stay. Thank you for an awesome end of our summer. The sea water was crystal clear!

First day the room was not so clean, but they had a lot of rooms to clean this day so we called the reception and they had cleaned it again later and everything was perfect. Also Kyma restaurant everything was delicious but on lunch time we asked if they had soup and they offered us fish soup. We have waited more than 40 minutes for the soup because they did it for us which was nice but they had to inform us that we have to wait because we was with a baby. Also we paid 50 € for two soups.

Great hotel, beautiful amenities, kind staff, lovely beach, delicious food, good spa, group classes were also excellent! Emilio’s one great guy who helped us with the luggage and has always smile on his face!

What we didn’t like was that at certain moments, the staff seemed confused about their responsibilities, and the staff needs to be much better for a 5-star hotel.

To start with, we received a complimentary room upgrade to the most luxurious room in the complex, which greatly improved the overall impression. The complex is spacious, so there isn’t an overwhelming feeling of being crowded even when the hotel is full. The hotel beach is very good.

Appreciating once again all the positive thinks, I would recommend some improvement, as follow: - entertainment: more activities, more evening events (e.g. Greek music& dancing night, karaoke etc) - breakfast: very diversified, covering most of tastes! However, some suggestions: sausages and creamwurts every morning it's ok, but not the same! You can diversify them. Also, you can move some salads (e.g. eggplant salad) from dinner to breakfast - cleaning: it is very clear that here it's a huge room for improvement! The current cleaning team is doing its job as much as they are trained for. But it's not enough; the important thing is who is checking their job and how. As an example: few days ago, the hired company was in location for cleaning all the glass parapets (I think you pay them not only for the quantity they clean); looking only on the main restaurant external parapets, you can easily observe the (non) quality of their work.

The location is great. The facility is on the same range. There are more generous spaces for relaxing, with very nice landscape. The room with a private pool offered us a very pleasant stay, as well.

Now, let's move on to the aspect that didn't meet my expectations. There was an external hairdresser who came to the hotel to provide services. She cut my hair, but unfortunately, the haircut didn't turn out exactly as I had shown her in a picture. While it wasn't a terrible haircut by any means, it just didn't match the reference image I had provided. It's not something too significant, but it's worth mentioning for the sake of completeness.

My stay at the Ammoa Luxury Hotel & Spa Resort spanned 3 nights from August 26th to August 29th, and from start to finish, it was simply fantastic. The breakfast buffet was nothing short of impressive. The variety of food options was extensive, catering to every palate. I always looked forward to the morning meal, which guaranteed a great start to the day. The reception at the hotel was warm, and I was made to feel welcome right away. The staff was incredibly attentive and even took care of my luggage. However, the highlight was the valet service, where a porter parked my car and escorted me directly to my vehicle whenever I wanted. This was a truly pleasant luxury that I greatly appreciated. The hotel's beach was absolutely breathtaking. The clear waters and fine sandy shore provided the perfect environment for relaxation and enjoyment. I was even fortunate enough to receive a complimentary upgrade to the best room in the hotel, a seafront suite with a private pool. The view from there was simply spectacular. The Ammoa Luxury Hotel & Spa Resort's spa facilities were also truly stunning. The spa area left me in awe, and the saunas were top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, making it easy to maintain my workout routine while enjoying my stay. The staff at the Ammoa Luxury Hotel & Spa Resort were consistently friendly and incredibly accommodating. They were always on hand to meet my needs and ensure my stay was as pleasant as possible. Overall, I highly recommend the Ammoa Luxury Hotel & Spa Resort. It not only offers luxury and comfort but also excellent hospitality that makes your stay truly special. Thank you to the entire hotel team for providing me with an unforgettable experience!
