Everything was perfect. From begining to the End. The location is calm 2min from the beach by feet. 10min from a Supermarket by car. The pool is good, the people from the manager to the owners are adorable. If we had known, we would have come earlier. Thanks for everything.

Evthing was perfekt, the flat, the private Pool, the host. Maria, owner, even called by for welcome and fairwell, inkl delicious greek specialties as Gifts, providing all Infos for Restaurants, Transport, and further ammenities. 5* out of 5* i am just Looking for my return in Oktober.

Very nice appartements- spacious, modern, bright and airy. Everything is newly built and spotlessly clean, including the private pool, which is great for some quick dips. If you want to swim, the beach/sea is only about a five minute walk away. The appartement itself provided everything needed for cooking (enough pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker, etc.) but also for cleaning (dishwasher and washing machine), so it is very well suited for a longer stay. On top of that, the owners as well as the manager of the property are very warm and welcoming people, that are a call/text away, should you need anything. Overall it was a very pleasant stay - recommended!

There is really nothing that comes to mind.

The location was excellent. The facility is really nice and they have really thought of everything with the small details on things, such as windows and door shutters. It was really clean. The pool is so nice to have and a great anmeity add on. The host was very kind. Dropped by a few times to see that everything was good and gave us some treats.

Everything was excellent and the owner was very friendly. We feel really great in this apartment (Rizes suite). It has nice athmospere. Communication with owner was great, he replay very quickly. We were amazed by the hosts, realy nice people. I also appreaciate hight quality of water in the pool, suitable also for kids for all day playing, no unnecesary chemistry.

The appartments are new and in perfect shape. Very warm welcome by the owner and by the team (they speak very good English, easy communication). Short and easy walk to the beach and to the restaurants/ the supermarket of the small town. If you want to go to Neo Kalamaki, this is a very good choice.

The Appartment complex with the pool area is very new and very well equipped with everything one would need for even a longer stay. The local beach is beautiful. But when it is to windy there, there are plenty of wind safe locations reachable by a short car trip. The host is seemingly always available and very helpful in every way. The local restaurant offer Greek cuisine in very good quality. We especially loved the Bunga Bunga Tavern at the sole end of Komos Beach.

there was nothing not to like.

The property was stunning, beautifully decorated and furnished with high quality fittings. The property was very well equipped for self catering with everything we could want. The pool - also stunning and right outside was super clean and chemical free and the communal areas around ( shared with 2 other apartments) were stylish and comfortably furnished. Its a very quiet location, a few steps to a lovely beach, a short walk into the village with many tavernas and a small supermarket, a great base location to explore the area by car or just stay local and relax. Staff were available by phone/text if needed but were not present or intrusive and we found the local people to be chatty and welcoming, they provided lots of information and directions to places of interest and local beauty spots. it really is exactly as the photographs
