Excellent location right in front of a small almost private beach, with a few possibilities to dine or have a drink in a very classy atmosphere. The rooms are newly and greatly refurbished, staff is amazing and supportive. Wonderful welcoming and impeccable service.

Small things could be improved. For example, there is no drying rack for towels and bathing suits. Guests have to resolve to all kinds of "innovations", such as using balcony railings, chairs and even the foldable suitcase rack. Also, there is a Nespresso machine in the room, but only two capsules are provided daily. The coffee at breakfast was not good. No railings both in the bathroom and in the pool.

The hotel us quite literally on the beachfront and the view from the room is just magnificent. The rooms, common areas, all are kept perfectly clean. The staff is very polite and always helpful with whatever issue might arise.

We loved our stay in Enorme Ammos Beach resort in Malia. Beautiful beachfront location. Amazing staff. We liked the access to the shared mini pool from our room. We loved the extensive breakfast buffet and the themed daily dinner buffet. All the foods were crafted and cooked to perfection! We liked our free morning yoga experience being offered daily.

It was the best hotel I have ever been - very comfortable and nice. It`s very close to the sea so every day we could hear sound of the sea. Breakfasts were amazing and very delicious. In the reception of the hotel there is a receptionist Marysia who recomended us a lot of beautiful places in Malia. Our stay there was perfect. I know we will be back there very soon.

The only downside is taking up the sunbeds first thing in the morning (at 7:00), even though no one lies on them until 11:00. They should be collected by the stuff if no one uses them and blocks this opportunity for others.

Spacious rooms with very comfortable mattresses. Each room has a balcony, where you may spend some nice time - especially the once with sea-view. High-quality bathroom cosmetics, bathrobes and room slippers are a nice accent. There is a new bottle in the fridge, added after every cleaning. The rooms are equipped with modern technology in the form of a display informing about the need for cleaning or a request not to be disturbed. Breakfast buffet excellent. Especially the possibility of ordering an omelette with selected extras (ham, cheese, feta, tomatoes, onions, etc.), made fresh by the chef. Large selection of products - even for people allergic to lactose, gluten. Fresh smoothies, tasty fruits. In addition, there is a wonderful view from the restaurant located right by the sea. Beautifully situated swimming pool with fresh water, impressive even at night (illuminated). A nice touch is the ability to order drinks and meals to the deckchairs. Beach towels are changed at the reception every two days. Extremely nice and helpful staff throughout the hotel. First of all, the warm welcome at check-in with a glass of prosecco and electronic check-in - a great solution. All necessary informations were provided at the beginning. Additionally, the bellboy even carries the luggage to the room.

The only thing that was a slight minus for us is that the beach had big stones which made the sea entrance a bit difficult, but if you walk a bit further it became much better, so it wasn’t a big deal to us.

We loved everything from the first second we came there. The staff is amazing! Very polite and responsive. We arrived a bit earlier from the check-in time, but our room was already ready for us. A huge plus when you arrive after exhausting flights! We were also offered two glasses of Prosecco during our check-in. The reception is always ready to help with every possible question. We also visited their spa for a couple massage and had an amazing experience there as well. The hotel itself is very clean and freshly renovated, we absolutely loved the aroma they used in the reception. Our room was cleaned daily and was very clean as well, not to mention the sea view from the balcony, which was breathtaking every time we entered it. The food both in the buffet and the Bikini bar was exceptionally tasty! We highly recommend to try the Gyros from the Bikini bar.

the location is in one of the more popular parts of Malia with lots of nightlife opportunities. I prefer quieter locations but if you want lots of bars there are plenty on your doorstep.

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff - lots of eye contact and time to talk with you. The room was lovely, great sea view and it's right on the beach with it's own sunbeds etc. Great breakfast with plenty to choose from. We had lunch in the Bikini Bar several times and enjoyed that too. We also used the Spa Scrub plus massage) and enjoyed it too.

The size of the rooms could be a little bit bigger, it’s a 5 stars after all.. The pillows were very big for me, I recommend to put one softer for the people with sensitive neck/back. The sun beds from pool are limited and many people leave their towels to have it reserved even they are gone for hours..

The hotel trully exceeded my expectations. We were welcome with Prosecco and orange juice wich was quite perfect. The hotel is brand new and very modern. I have booked the package with half board included and the food was absolutely delicious! Congratulations to the chefs and all the team! The cocktails are good and the staff is very careful and friendly. The rooms are very tidy and clean, I recommend the ones with sea view. The pool is very nice and the sun beds are very comfy.

To give more credibility to my comments, I need to point out at least one negative point : the hotel misses a gym, but I understand it will be built for 2024 season. Thank you to the Ammos team for this wonderful time we had there !

It is seldom to have such a good service quality in a holidays hotel. We had a great time in this real 5 stars hotel : nice and modern decorated, clean and large rooms + balcony, direct view on the sea ; very pleasant, caring and efficient service people, nice restaurant on the beach with varied food every day. It’s reasonable size (80 rooms) and adult only feature makes you have a real relaxing time. All these positive points are probably due to his efficient and nice Manager, always present and taking care of his customers from 8 am till 22pm and making you feel being unique. For the first time, I can say I would be happy to come back to a holidays hotel.

I think maybe parts of the room could be amended to reflect the 5 star status. Also maybe some more seats by the pool. The spa wasn’t quite 5 star- but the service there was good, Kiki was very helpful!
