The location, the staff, the brightness. Our room was overlooking the sea with stunning views. The staff and hotel manager Filio could not do enough to make our stay so wonderful . We highly recommend Ammos suites

Possibly the coffee machine could have been a little stronger in the breakfast area / however there is a coffee machine located in your room which made up for it with fantastic espresso’s

Fantastic staff, all so lovely and receptive, especially the Filo , in fevt they all were so accommodating, nothing too much trouble. I would 100% recommend this hotel. It is impossible to not flood the bathroom when you take a shower.

Very beautiful hotel, in front of the beach. Everything was spotless. Nice and competent staff, they allowed us in the room before the check in time. There is a pool and access to the beach.

We wish they had more snack options at the beach, like salads, especially Greek salad as that was my biggest craving.

Our stay was just amazing. The service was exceptional, everyone was polite and genuinely kind and nice, with big smile on their faces every day. We stayed in family room and it was spacious, very clean and the decoration and the set up was just perfect, we really felt like at home. Shower was great and bed was comfortable. The location was just perfect as it was on the beach with beautiful sea view from our room and 15 minutes walk to the old town. Some of the nights we just stayed close to the hotel and there were many restaurants and shops around the hotel. Breakfast was nice, always fresh fruits available and freshly squeezed orange juice every morning. The hotel beach is small and sometimes it gets crowded but we would always ask the person in charge of the beach to keep sun-beds for us and he was really super nice and making sure we were very comfortable. Minimum order at the beach was not a problem for us because they had a nice selection of drinks, fresh juices, and the best coffee. We highly recommend Ammos Suits to everyone who is looking to stay at the best place in Rethymno.

Amazing stay. We wish we stayed longer. Beach was across the road. Sun chairs and Umbrella provided to guests which is great. Rooms were quite large with great views. Pool was a great way to relax .. Service was fantastic. Filio and the team were great. We will be back

Loved everything, the beautiful spacious suite and the sea view ( we were upgraded), the very friendly and helpful staff, the breakfast, the private access to the beach and the hotel pool, it was just perfect, I highly recommend a stay at Ammos Suites.

Perfect location for a relaxing hotel vacation. The hotel was less than 10 metres from the beach - which had excellent facilities and drinks serviced by the hotel. The staff were lovely, attentive and very professional including the cleaning staff. The breakfast was delicious. There are so many lovely restaurants to visit close by in the surrounding area.

The neighborhoor was a little bit noisy, especially the glass selective containers, which were cleaned out every night/dawn.

Perfect location, just in front of the sandy beach and 15 min walking distance from the beautiful old town. The hotel has own sunbends free for the guest after ordering some drinks, coffee or snacks from the bar, beach service is also available. The breakfast was various, sweets and salty dishes, local cheese, orange juice, etc. The staff was very friendly, prepared us breakfast packs when we left early morning to an excursion tour. The pool was also nice and a good place if you want to hide in the shadows from the extremely hot weater. Room was not big, but enough for 2 person, clean, pair of towels for the beach as well and were changed every day.

Everything was great, the staff were really friendly and super nice and not only with the guest but in general, they even upgraded us to an ocean view room which was exceptional and really a great surprise (we had a pretty rough day getting to the island before that).

Minor issues, really... The mattress was quite soft; the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak.

Don’t miss out on this place We had such a great time at Ammos Suites! The room was bright and spacious enough for two. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and sipping the complementary wine that waited for us in there, watching the sunset and just relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The pool seemed great (quite small) but to be honest, the beach was so close, so well-kept and pampering – that we didn’t even get to try it! Breakfast was modest but tasty, and we were so grateful that the staff were attentive to the fact that we are both vegans (we were offered vegan cheese, a spinach pastry and sauteed mushrooms). Filios and Irene, at the front desk, were very kind and helpful. Would go back to Ammos Suites; highly recommend it.

Everything was amazing! The staff were amazing and extremely friendly. We even got a bigger room than expected which was a very sweet surprise. Both rooms had air conditioning, the beach was in front and the room with sea view was simply amazing. We would definitely visit then again. 😊
