Kitchen was equipped with the essentials, perhaps more knifes that cut would be good, being 6 people in the house :)

This is my second time I've been to Olympic Kosmas Villas. Happy we received same villa as last time :) I liked that A/C has been installed also in the 2 single bed room, since last time. Wifi was good. TV is smart, so if you want to watch a Netflix/Prime/etc movie - you can. We were not picky about the bathrooms, one is smaller than the other, yet it did its purpose. A big supermarket is few minutes away from location. Beach - 1km away. Oh, and despite what other comments say - each 2 days we had a lady coming and replacing the bed sheets and towels. Kudos to your team!

The pool wasn't clean and there are wild dogs in the garden that were making garbage all around.

Rooms don't have their own balcony, there were too dark, only one window was available. Bathroom could be better equipped, water was everywhere.

Good value for money, breakfast was fine, room was cleaned every day, towels were soft and big. Hotel is near the beach and Haniotti center. Room contains fridge.

breakfast is so basic, and maybe they need to improve their service. before i came i asked how can i reach the hotel by public transport and they just replied they don’t do transfer. so i elaborate more that i don’t need the transfer as i will take bus from Thessaloniki and i want to know which station i will go down. and they just send me linked ROMERIO which doesn’t give the exact station where to go down. so when i arrived in hanioti i walked 20mins more. and on the phone they are bad giving directions. im ok to walk but it’s mid afternoon and it was super hot so when i arrived i asked for a glass of water and the reception told me ok i keep your luggage and you can go to the bar. 🙄. i think they need to improve their service.,

The rooms need urgently to be upgraded, because they are not really at their first youth, difficulties to find a parking around, requested the payment of accommodation tax even if the tariff already included it.

Good beach in front around 400m, nice staff at the bar, correct breakfast, calm emplacement, nice swimming pool, the city has a good vibe with a lot of restaurants and shops.

The bathroom door and the balcony door need to be fixed, the one didn't closed at all, the other one it was very difficult to close. Bad lighting in the room and sometimes an unpleasant smell in the bathroom (not always).

Small town and everything is near you. The breakfast was okay, usual breakfast to expect for the price. The facilities were cleaned daily. Great value for the price. I’ll recommend if you are on a budget. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Hot water all the time.

There is parking space only on the street & in the season was very difficult to find one. The hotel room was a little bit old & not so clean. What we didn't like was that we got only one time clean towls and there was only soap in the bathroom. Shampoo you schould bring yourself. In the restaurant during breakfast you feel monitored by the personal. We're sure they had no bad intention and only doing their job, but still the feeling is uncomfortable. There are also signs that packing some food from the breakfast ist not allowed which we found needless. Even if they had cases where food was packed it makes a bad image for the hotel. Summary: performance : price: not suitable. You become less for the money. We have experienced a better three star accomodation for the same money. There is a lot of improvement needed.

The location was good. Only 2 walking minutes from two famous beach bars and one public beach.

loved it here, the hotel was great, nice spacious clean room with a good balcony, breakfast everyday was excellent, lots of variety and plenty of choice. Pool was great, 2 small shallow pools perfect for kids, always plenty of shade around the pool as well. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. short walk to the beach and centre of the town full of bars, restaurants and amusements for kids. In summary perfect hotel and location for a young family holiday, I'd definitely go back.

Gave us wrong room on purpose and didnt want to change it the same day because "the manager isn't here". Next day they changed it and that was ok the room i paid for, not the room on the rooftop where the bed and toilet where awful.

Nothing! Everything was above and beyond and it was really good value for money. I haven't one bad word for them. Nothing was to much trouble.

Everything! The hotel and villa that we stayed in were lovely. Everything was clean, usable and functional. The hotel and the villa that we used had a lovely feel to it. The hotel had that personal touch. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful in a respectful way. They went out of their way to help all of my family whenever they could and especially my parents, nothing was to much for them. Any need was catered for. I cannot praise them enough. They were so lovely. It's the best place I've stayed in for all the above reasons. I really would recommend going there and I hope more people do. It was super value as well.

The floor in the room was dirty, not cleaned. Kinda renovated room, but you can see all things in the room kinda old. The bed for two was actually two kids bed set together covered with one big sheet. The toilet.... disgusting. We called for cleaning service to clean up the floor. The cleaning lady came in the room angry, asking me where the floor is dirty :D I showed her where it is (big ball of female hair) and she just cleaned up that specific garbage and left the room.... Speechless. You need to remind them for cleaning up the whole room after the 3rd day. If you do not ask for that, you will sleep in old sheet and use old towels.

The breakfast was good, and the people working around to clean up tables and to put new food were excellent in their role. The young girls who works at the reception, was very kind, to come by her self and to change all the sheets and towels after the 3rd day. Actually she was doing what the cleaning lady should have done.
