There is nothing that i didn’t like. Everything was perfect.

The location of the hotel was amazing. It’s style and design was perfect. Room was so clean and nice. You can have breakfast at your balcony. Fofi was so helpful and she answered all of my questions kindly. Thanks for everything again and thanks for the beautiful place.

Hire car/vehicle is a must if you want to reach any beaches, but this wasn’t a problem for us.

Outstanding location. The views were stunning. Everything felt brand new. The architecture and apartment fittings were superb and serene. Zia is a small town that attracts a lot of tourists between 18.30 - 19.30 to view the sunset but the AnamneZia Suites are the other side of Zia, protected by a steepish hill. Approach the property from Zia not from the valley. I cannot adequately describe how much we enjoyed our stay. And I'm only telling you in appreciation for all the help given us by Fofi (the owner) Nothing was too much trouble.

The owner was exceptionally helpful prior to our arrival and during. The property is within walking distance of ZIA and numerous restaurants, however also quite with a absolutely stunning sunset. I would rate this property as exceptional and most definitely would book again

Such a beautiful property! The room was a great size with lovely finishings and a stunning view from the balcony. Best sunset view near Zia - so quiet and uninterrupted. Can’t recommend it enough and will definitely stay here again if we’re back in Kos. A narrow drive up if you come via the church entrance so if you’re a nervous driver come via Zia car park at the top 😊

Having to leave

This is a beautiful, stylish, comfortable, exceptionally clean place to stay . It feels so private . Everything has been created to an exceptionally high standard with breathtaking views from your balcony., pool area and terrace , including the best view of the sunset each evening! It is simply stunning. A short (uphill) walk into Zia for restaurants etc. Our host Fofi could not have been more helpful or friendly , very quick replies before arrival , We arrived late which was no problem as she had sent us the code already and was on hand everyday to make sure your stay was the best it could be, recommending restaurants and beaches all around the island but never felt invasive . Thank you so much for a fantastically relaxing and luxurious stay .

Just very small recommendations as everything was so good! Glass wine glasses, rather than tumblers. to enjoy the Kos wine! Tables/chairs on each of the balconies to save moving them ( not all apartments had 2 balconies like ours in Daphne apt)

Property was a bit chilly but soon warmed up when AC was on. We went in low season so not a bit issue and expected.

Beautiful location and immaculate apartment. The beds were super comfy and the furniture was lovely but practical. Everything you needed if you want to prepare meals. The sunsets and view were breathtaking!

To be completely honest: From beginning to end this place was just magic. We stayed a week, which was even too short in hindsight as we didn't want to leave as soon as we stepped on the premises on day 1. In case you might think the pictures are an exaggeration or photoshopped - they do not even do the place and the incredible views and sunsets justice! The hosts created a little sanctuary here, it is the perfect retreat if you want quiet and solitude away from the more touristic and overcrowded areas of the island (and in case you want that, then Zia is not far away). Everything on the whole premise is exactly like on the pictures (or even better) and shows so much love to detail, from the elegantly chosen interior of the apartments, to the beautiful gardens, the amazing pool area and not to forget the personal touch and kindness of the hosts themselves! Please bear in mind that you definitely will need a car to get around the area, but I think this should be no surprise though.. There are various great taverns near the apartment (we preferred the ones in the neighboring villages Lagoudi or Asfendiou for example, which might be even reached by foot if you don't mind long walks through sometimes steep hills). All in all a wonderful experience to stay there, we look forward to coming back soon!

Amazing place, the view and the area is really beautiful. We had a perfect stay and felt at home. We especially enjoyed seeing the sunset from the terrace and cooling down in the pool. The beds were comfy, the ac working well and you have everything you need. The communication with the owners was also really nice and they gave great tips.

The only thing that was slightly off putting was the approach to the property. The lane is very narrow. This took a bit of getting used to but didn't ruin our experience at all. A slightly nervous driver may find it a bit daunting.

From the minute we arrived at AnamneZia Luxury Suites we felt a sense of calm. The property was immaculate. The views were spectacular and the hosts were incredibly welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. They responded to all my questions very quickly and were extremely accommodating when we requested a late check out. It was the perfect place to stay for 2 weeks.
