Hot water is a bit tricky, sometimes it’s cold but gets fixed quickly, WiFi is bad almost cannot be connected.

Anassa is a wonderful place to enjoy the beautiful Island of Naxos. The suite was super clean, very nicely decorated and with great accommodations. They even suggested a change of room to an upgrade with a lovely view for a very low rate. We enjoyed our time so much that we forgot both our winter jackets at the hotel when we left for another Island and luckily for us the people there were very helpful and extremely and arranged for a shipping to us. Thank you very much, you are the best!!!!

Beautiful property, we had two balconies on third floor with sea views. Room very well furnished including kettle and breakfast equipment. Very comfortable bed, a good sized room, brilliantly located close to front.

Some small things in the room were broken, and the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner (some mold in the sink and a pretty forgotten toilet brush...). The duvet covers smelled a bit funny, and we only had 1 wine glass and 1 water glass for a double room.

Great location, beuatiful complex, nice rooms, gorgeous view from the balcony, comfy big beds, and very nice people at the reception. It's on a busy street corner but it's surprisingly not loud. Very well isolated so it was quiet at night too. We even saw the sunset from our balcony. The floor was cleaned every day and we got new toiletries daily as well. Loved the architecture of the place too.

Great apartment located in Naxos Chora just by all the great restaurants, the port, and the main hang out. The apartment we stayed in was spacious, clean and comfortable. These apartments are great value for money and very accessible.

Really lovely clean rooms in a great location. We only had a one night stop over in Naxos so it was perfect for us with the ferry port being so close. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for something central in Naxos. Staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious

Minor issue - the floor in the room didn't feel clean enough when we arrived, I requested if it could be cleaned but it wasn't cleaned. Some of the towels felt a bit rough.

The location, despite being so close to the port and all the main restaurants and shops, is 'away' so is so quite and peaceful. The suite was very nice, spacious and very pleasant and depending on the suite, you get balcony/s or terrace which varies on sizes. The complex where are the suites, is very clean, pretty with flowers and plants and terraces and with a lovely style. Stellos and Nikos are very friendly and helpful, Nikos is one of the kindest and nicest people you will ever meet :). We would stay there again.

It is very close to the Chora. 5 minutes walk to the port and the bus station. The room was very spacious. Staff was very friendly and gave a detailed explanation to Chora and Naxos island on a map and recommended places for us. During check-out, they helped us store our baggage until our ferry's departure.
