The only slightly unfavourable thing is its a little far from cafe's and food but other than that can't fault the property itself.

Arrived late at night and the host was waiting for us. He helped carry luggage and showed us to our room. Room was stocked with food and water plus some wine. Room itself was very lovely, and had 2 nice balconies. He also dropped us off at the airport the next day for a small fee.

There were marks from water leaks and cleaned mold on the ceiling. The walls were dry when I was there, however it aesthetically hampered the very nice feeling in the apartment. Due to the proximity of the El.Venizelos runway, this area is constantly hit by the noise of the departing aircraft. You will get the noise from both sides in this apartment. But, if you want to be 5 min from the airport for this price, you will not find any better. It is the logical consequence of the locality and I was prepared for it (ear plugs).

A welcome plate at the arrival was a very nice touch from the owner. The owner offered closed parking within the property. Clean sheets, towels, big bathroom. Two balconies. Mosquito nets on all windows. Balcony doors on opposite sides allow for breeze of cold air and light into the room. Kitchenette offers all you need in a small space. Fridge is big with freezer. 5 min to the airport (in the morning at 7am).

The location was initially a little difficult to find (it was our first trip to Greece). However the hosts and the manager assisted in guiding us to the property, including coming to meet us where we were confused

The owners are a very nice couple. They were kind enough to stay awake and allowed us to checkin at 12.30am night. They had ordered food on our request and booked a cab in the morning to the airport as well. They provided us nice free breakfast in the morning. Totally recommend.

The bed had 2 mattresses, extremely comfortable. Warm Welcome with potato chips, Ouso, nuts and bottled water from Anastacia and daughter Maria. Very Clean room. No complaints

Access to the property road with a big car not very easy. Small car no problem. Aircraft noise but this is acceptable as the property is very near to the airport and for overnight stay for pocking up a plane the next day is ideal.

during the day and night there were planes flying over but we obviously expected this being so close to an airport , it really didn’t bother us we got used to it :)

Anastasia greeted us with snacks and wine meanwhile her and George showed us around the spacious apartment flat. there were two balconies, tanning beds, a massive bathroom and two comfortable beds ( one single and one queen sized). they were very helpful hosts, I needed a taxi for 3:30am and they happily called them and booked it for me and when we left that early in the morning, George was already up bringing our heavy bags into the taxi. this was a 10/10 stay, was very close to the airport to leave so early and very close to a nice beach and supermarket. Thankyou so much Anastasia and George ( they also have a cute husky that barks ‘goodnight’ to you)

The owners, Anastacias and George, met us at the gate as soon as our taxi pulled in, even though we got in late at night from our ferry. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

I copied the address into uber and this meant that the driver took me to the wrong place. Fortunately I realised and directed him towards the pin provided. It did cost an extra 20 euro though

We stayed in the upstairs apartment and bringing our luggage up two flights of stairs was not the best experience, but George helped us out.

It's 10 minutes from the airport, so we stayed here the night before our flight. Staying at Anastacia and George`s place was like isiting your aunts house in a foreign country. They checked up on us multiple times before our arrival, showed us everything when we got there, brought up cookies and juice, and got to know us withing five minutes if meeting them. Both were cheery, smiley, and happy to have us there. We got hungry and George even dropped us off near the shore to this cool fish place that was packed and had live music - very fun time. We ubered back for like 7 euros. All in all, Anastacia's Apartment was a perfect cap on our overall trip to Greece. Rating this place so highly because of the hosts and the proximity to the airport.

The property itself was great! We paid 40€ for a taxi from the airport but only 20€ for the return which Georg organized so it would probably be to your advantage to book your taxi in advance or ask Anastacia to arrange the transfer.

Anastacia (Georg and Billy) were extremely helpful and friendly hosts! Everything was perfect- the room had all kinds of amenities that you don’t expect in a rental which were really appreciated. It made it feel like home! The room was very clean, the bed and bedding very comfortable, the „kitchen“ well stocked, 2 sunny balconies with seating and loungechairs. Thank you for having us!

The mattress was a bit too soft for our taste, but it was fine for our short stay

The hosts were extremely kind and flexible with our late check-in time, they didn't mind staying awake to welcome us during the middle of the night. The room was very cute, clean, and had more amenities than we expected. Location was perfect after arriving late from the airport, and to visit the beach the next day.
