How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The town itself, especially pre-season where everything is closed. That is of course not the fault of the Studio, though.
A very nice studio with a great embedded Jacuzzi corner. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay and the owners were very friendly, helpful and communicated well.

The host is great. She welcomed us and gave us the keys. We were able to check in much earlier. The apartment is spacious, very clean and modern. The air conditioning is great and the property has one of the best WIFI you can find. You have access to a private parking close to the location. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away. Near the property, there is a great restaurant called "Taste of Greece". It's affordable and it has very good food.

Nothing to dislike :)
We stayed here back in June, and now in September. We just needed to come back. The place was grate, the host was very kind and helpful. There is an option for underground parking or nearby. We stayed in room number 1, both times, and it became our favorite so we would probably stay here again next year :)

It wasn't sparkling clean like people wrote on rewievs. Not enough place for clothes.

The room was great! The terrace was very large and location was close to the beach.
Good location, the studios are all new and very clean! The staff were super friendly! Exceptional!

In one word - superb. The apartment is modern and incredibly furnished. It was very clean and nice, with all the needed essentials inside. The terrace is large and has a nice furniture. There was a jacuzzi next to the bedroom. The woman who greeted us was extremely nice and we had complimentary wine and fruit. There is a free parking space, which is very important in Pefkohori!

The apartment is modern and new with beautiful interior details and a lot of accessories and enough home appliances. Spacious terrace with water tap, suitable for babies to fill a small pool. Parking in the basement, the car was not exposed to the sun. The host, who solves things quickly, helped a lot.

We are a couple stayed for 3 nights. The location was really good, parking was always available with 1 minute walking distance. The host was very helpful, happy and kind person. The room was equipped with everything needed, clean and tidy and soundproof!!! Welcome wine was spot on! We would visit again for sure !!!!!

The room was great, everything is new, styled, fansy, everything is on ground floor(there are no steps)....mosquito net is at the balcony door and the owner is so helpfull. And there is provided and parking too. We'll be guest here again for sure.

The space between the beds was a bit narrow. Everything else was great.
I liked the host. She was kind and friendly. We had wine from her on our arrival. The apartment was new, modern, and clean but a bit small for four adults. Anyway, it was well equipped with all the facilities. The wi-fi signal was excellent. I liked it a lot.

AC was super strong even on the minimum speed and at night either gets super cold when left turned on or super hot when you turn it off. The room had a smaller wardrobe and we used the sofa to arrange our clothes but that was no biggie. Shower head is placed super low so when you shower you need to hold it with 1 hand. To make the place a “10” I would definitely change the AC, get the shower to where it’s supposed to be and maybe replace the sofa with a wardrobe with a big mirror so you can arrange belongings and check your outfit when going out.
Wonderful place - clean, new, cozy, nice bathroom, big terrace, fly screens and exterior rolling shutters, great location near restaurants, shops, pharmacy. Has parking spots on the side. Offers safe for valuables. The host is super friendly and considerate, ready to help at any given time. Cleaning and towels available regularly as well.

Extremely kind staff, perfectly clean. Complete studio cleaning, towels and bad sheets change every second day. All necessary accessories in kitchen and bathroom are available for pleasant stay.
