Anastasia Koskinou gives You from beginning on an authentical feeling of greek culture. The village of Koskinou is very charming and the people are very kind. The owner of the house gives You a warm welcome and the house has all the comfort you need, is very well furnished and cosy. For us when we returned from our day trip, it felt like coming home. In the night it is very calm so that you can sleep by open window. Nearby there is an excellent traditionnal restaurant Yoannis we can highly recommend. The location is very good situated cause you are at Rhodos old town about 12 min and you can reach all highlights of the island between 40 and 60 minutes. The communication with the owner was excellent and he gives you support whenever you should need it. We can highly recommend this location for anyone who loves authentical experience of local people who were extraordinary kind to us. We are looking forward to come back, not only for landsape, culture, sea and sun but especially for the experience of the great hospitality of the greek people.

Google maps thought we'd fit through the narrow streets of Koskinou's Old Town but luckily some locals were telling us we should take the detour and park at the village's square. We met the owner and his daughter (Anastasia) and they were incredibly welcoming and gave us recommendations for local food and sights. This place would easily fit two couples or a family of 4. We loved the courtyard with the flowers and complete privacy.

The house is absolutely amazing, you feel straight comfortable. It was also equipped with water, juice and some bread and jam after arrival. The kitchen is fully equipped and with cattle and coffee machine (tea and coffee was there too) It is so beautiful to walk between the small streets and traditional houses. You will find very tasty local restaurants just around the corner. The landlord is very friendly and helpful. He contacted us directly after the booking. We arrived via plane and booked a car. We will definitely come back! Thank you!

It was a amazing how Greek the house looks, and how "home" it felt. You can see how much love was used to make it perfect on every detail. Everything is there, what you need. And on top the owner might be the nicest guy on the island. And his family as well. Thank you for that amazing stay, say hi to everyone in the family... we hope to come again.

Traditional greek house in the middle of a scenic village. the house has all modern amenities. including a caplsule coffee machine. there are two separate houses with a backyard, both available for us. fast and stable wifi. 20 minutes to Rhodes and 10 to Faliraki by car. parking at the central square. close to the house. great host who took care of all our needs and was very fast to reply to all requests.

The property was in an accessible location only a 20 minute taxi ride from the airport and only cost €25. The house could only be described as a Greek escape. The courtyard in the centre of the house was beautiful. The host was incredibly helpful and was a pleasure to deal with it.

Warm welcome by the owner, traditional and modern pitorresque house in the middle of the old town. Well equipped with everything you might need! We enjoyed every minute, especially the patio is wonderful! Would definitely recommend and hope to come back one day! Efcharisto poli!

The location does not provide for easy transport by taxi or bus. They are not readily available and it's far enough away from everything to make it a challenge without a rental car. However, the landlord was amazing with advice and assistance. A car was rented for a day (not as scary on the highways as in towns). We also had wonderful contact with the taxi driver we arrived with who provided direct contact to us for a couple trips we made as well.

The place was immaculately clean. Decorated so lovely. It was a surprise that it's two separate accommodations with the court yard in the middle, but it was a nice separation. Everything we could have hoped for. Local restaurants are literally steps away. The food was fantastic.
