Rooms are older, but clean enough.

Location! View from the sea oriented rooms is superb! The food was good.

Upon arrival, the room was terribly dirty. But this was quickly corrected when we contacted the reception. There is no choice of food at breakfast (especially if you have small children). At the pool bar, drinks are served in the cheapest plastic containers.

Gorgeous sea and sunsets. Nice view from the room. A large territory, guests do not interfere with each other, there are enough sun loungers by the sea and the pool. Delicious food and good selection for lunch and dinner. Good swimming pool. Friendly and polite staff.

The wifi is pretty bad.

The pool is very nice with high range of depths for both kids and adults. The location is excelent. On the beach.

The food was good but little variety throughout the week. The whole resort wasnt very clean and the restaurant often ran out of basics like brown bread and butter. Also, diet coke/ pepsi max and other sugar free drinks were an extra charge. Only full fat coke and sprite was available in all-inclusive. Also, considering its advised that people dont drink the tap water, the hotel did not provide bottled or clean water as part of the all-inclusive, bottled water had to be purchased as an extra.

The location, the beachfront was lovely. Most of the staff were really pleasent and the Spa was great. the grassed garden is a lovely place to relax.

the beach is rocky, I would not recommend for children. for me, the food was too spicy. The choice of fish and sea food was limited.

The condition of the building, the service & the amenities were not representative of a 5 Star hotel. Lastly, there was no internet in our room & despite our complain it was never fixed.

Part of the hotel where we stayed is old and need to be refurbished. Nice thing is that we had room with see view and it is better than opposite side which face road and could be noisy. Food is limited and could be improved.

The best is the beach because it is under natural shadow of olive trees. The beach is not sandy. Beach loungers are available for free. For parking, safety box i AC you don’t need to pay additionally.

First and foremost, the hotel is NOT in Nea Skioni. It is isolated and there is nothing around, no market, no restaurants. The room equipment was old and poor, water was leaking from under the bathtub and after each shower there was a flood in the bathroom which has damaged the door before and it could not close easily. The faucet in the sing was too short to use comfortably (you could not put palms under the faucet). The room was facing the road and it was very loud from the traffic. The first night we checked in a bit later, just at the time when the dinner was finishing and the staff refused to bring a plain salad without diary products in the room, claiming that the kitchen was closing and we should eat what they brought us (take it or leave it). The boy at the reception was also totally unpolite, almost rude.

The complex has a private beach, there are natural shadows (under olive trees), free sunbeds and no crowd on the beach. The hygiene in the room was good, bed linen sparkling white. The choice of food for breakfast and dinner was ok, nothing special though.

The hotel rooms were dirty, old and unattended..needs a lot of improvement.Rooms do not reflect a 5 star hotel at all More like 2-3 stars.Also staff not very friendly.The bar was overpriced and the drinks awful.Entertainment was so so.

Drinks ,alcochol ,juices,coffee ,so all drinks included in all inclusive package were so bad that we could not drink at all. Better quality drinks are to be paid. Ice cream was located far from swiming pool so that kids can not take it easily , sandwiches between lunch and breakfast were hiden and kept in friges so we had ro ask each time from barist for each single piece. In a nutshel all food and drinks were made at lowest possible costs unacceptable for 5star hotel. Sweets the cheapest possible,at turkish style such as baklava,kadiaf ets.indoor pool is to be booked and paid separatelly which was not said in hotel description.Hotel with food is at 3+star level

Maintenance. The fan in the bathroom was broken a long time ago (literally broken). No one noticed until we asked for a replacement? After the replacement, no one cleaned up the drilling dust. The floor drain in the bathroom was partially blocked, so water was spilling on the floor because it is connected to the bathtub. In the meantime, the apartment was cleaned regularly.

Everything was lovely we had a short stay. We were there during a themed night which was so fun and entertaining. The location was perfect and close enough to drive to the town centre and enjoy more greek cuisine and culture. The beach was a few steps away which was easy to move from pool to beach to pool bar. Bought the all inclusive pack. Nice fruit basket in our room and local wines to enjoy

Great food. High hospitality any full support of guests needs. Excellent beach. Perfect entertainment. Hotel personal are highly involved into resolving of guests needs. All needed infrastructure in place. Many rooms are after renovation. Recommendation to improve facilities and toys collection on the mini clubs.

first of all it is not a hotel, not a resort, something like bungalows maybe it doesn’t deserve even 1*, and too far from 5*, it doesn’t offer anything and it’s not good value for the money you will pay staff is not kind, not helpful, not professional especially the guy and the girl working on the reception, and also in the restaurant also most of them don’t even speak English, neither do they understand too old, needs renovation, not clean, no elevator except in the main building you can’t even see the sea from the trees, and you will pay extra money for a room with a sea view during the whole stay there was no wifi at all or it was with poor signal beach is with rocks, not possible to enter into the water, especially for kids, and also no umbrellas on the beach, it’s a beachfront property but without the beach:) nobody cleans around the pool area, it’s too dirty with drinks, cups, straws if you order a drink you will never get it cause they are forgetting constantly about everything mini market is empty they are forcing you all the time to use their spa, offering you discount and calling you in the room the room was not ready when it supposed to be we got two single beds although we requested one double, and it was very uncomfortable no electric sockets in the room, no normal hair dryer, no kettle food is with limited choices, it’s not delicious and no option for the kids, fruits and vegetables are never fresh, if you are lucky enough, you may find a table and eat in the restaurant, if no then you may end up eating on the bar or in the lobby or even in front of the reception both coffee machines are never working at the same time, one is all the time out of order daily activities are starting with delay
