Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GermanyMr. Panagiotis has been really kind and helpful. We arrived early but he made sure to get the villa ready even before the check-in time. He also arranged airport transfer and taxi to our next accommodation. The breakfast buffet was scrumptious and hearty. We had the best time in one of the spacious villa. The location is also near the main Pyrgos area where you can get access to lot of cafes, mini markets and busses to Fira and Perissa Beach. We would love to come back in future. We can only recommend anyone to have a wonderful time in Santorini.

Absolutely incredible, the villa is spotless, Panos is so wonderful, friendly, kind and helpful. Helped us organise our time on the island to have the most amazing trip. Swimming in a volcano and the views from the villa are out of this world. Definitely book the breakfast it is amazing. You can walk into town for some beautiful meals, or a short cab ride in Fira for the most amazing sunsets and little boutiques. The door to door service for a boat ride takes all the stress away of exploration on the island. As for the villa, it is high end, spotless and nothing is a problem for Panos. Can not wait to return, it was simply perfect.

GermanyThe place smelled a little old, probably because of the furniture style they chose. Also it wasn’t so clean when we arrived - but they cleaned everyday. So maybe that was just bad luck. The shower could have been a little more comfortable also.
The Villa is located in the Hills with a breathtaking view which you can enjoy from your own big pool and a big Terrasse area as well as from your bed every morning you wake up there. Going to Fira (where most sunset restaurants are) is just a 10min drive with the car. It’s furnished in an antic rustic style - which is kind of a matter of taste. For us it was maybe a little to old. It has everything you could ask for (two toilets, huge table, kitchen, big bed etc.) - also there’s a private parking lot. The Host Mr Panagiotis was one of the friendliest hosts we’ve ever met. He gave us lots of tips, was always available to call or text, helped us with everything and booked us massages, boat tours, restaurant reservations and made the whole experience awesome. We felt so welcomed we didn’t want to leave. Definitely a beautiful place to stay in Santorini.
