We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Switzerland-Our room was poorly soundproofed. We could hear everything our neighbours did. - On certain evenings the entertainment went on until late 11 p.m. Which was loud and disturbing - Included in our package was the use of the speciality restaurants 3 times during our 10 day stay. Unfortunately on 2 days the restaurants were booked out. We saw that other guests were making their bookings days in advance so people like us who enjoy a spontaneous holiday had no chance to get a reservation.
- Location very close to a beautiful beach. - Good choice of food. Very good breakfast - Most of the staff really were very polite and helpful - Customer Care was (depending upon the person) aloof and cold. We often did not feel welcome

United KingdomThe breakfast was Served as a buffet, it was always fresh and hot. The staff where all attentive and friendly. Everywhere on the resort is cleaned to a high standard. Our room was a great size it was cleaned and restocked every day. I will definitely be visiting again soon.

SwitzerlandThe first room we were given, the downstairs bedroom smelt awful and we had to be moved but this was done very quickly. Water was not included in the half board dinner option. 1 bottle of still water was 6 euros each! I’ve never experienced that for half board in any hotel before.
The hotel facilities are incredible! And the hotel is right on the beach too. The restaurant was also amazing and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

United KingdomWe had expected water sports in the sea to be on offer on the beach, but all activities were based around the hotel pools. only beach volleyball on the beach.
We had a family room with a private pool and it was fantastic to be able to use that. The food was wonderful, both the main restaurant and the a la carte ones. Everywhere was very clean.

New ZealandThe entertainment acts at night were pretty loud from our room. This was a little issue for us trying to get our 2 young children to sleep. Otherwise everything was fantastic!
The buffet was absolutely outstanding especially the dinner options. The staff were all very friendly and very good with our kids. On arrival late at night, they took our bags and we jumped on a golf cart to the room. Fantastic service! The childrens playground and water park area is great!

United KingdomBuffet food was disappointing. Mostly luke warm and often struggled find things we wanted. Was a real shame, so we ate out for a few nights (even though had paid for half board). We didn’t find the staff particularly welcoming or very accommodating and felt like changing hotels at the beginning of our stay because of this.
Nice rooms & nice private beach. Everything was very clean.
