I arrived late and left early but I had a very good impression. Maria took so good care of me. I received personalized video instructions about how I get to the room, it felt like I have been there when I arrived. Unfortunately I couldn't try the breakfast or any facilities so I cannot have any opinion about them.

The bathroom had no window or ventilation.

The room was very big and cosy. The dresser was big. We also had a refrigerator that helped us keep the water cold and the most important we had an air conditioning. Our room got cleand everyday. We got the chance to enter the pool too and the water was very clean.

There was nothing to complain about. We stayed with 10 people and the rooms were cleaned regularly and we were never unhappy about anything. Breakfast provided was beautiful and always slightly different which was nice. Maria and the rest of the staff were fantastic and we can't wait to go back!

This amazing hotel is located 20 min away from Heraklion, you are surrounded by silence, yet there is everything you need in close surrounding (shops, tavernas, bars, etc). The host, Maria is a highlight of our vacation, she made us feel really like at home, everything was possible and nothing was difficult for her to do. Our expectations were more than exceeded!!! Our room was just the perfect size for the couple and a friend with just enough privacy for both sides. They were cleaned every day and everything was neat. The pool area is small, but not lacking and the staff is friendly. Breakfast is continental, however, just enough in amount, pretty well thought out, with home made pastries and sweets - Kudos for this small touch. Definitely planning on coming back and making this my go to location for a perfect vacation!

Maria and her friendly small team make everyone very welcome and are more than happy to help with any enquiries! Rooms are clean and functional, breakfast was more than ample with table service rather than self service. (Mabey offer more variety of eggs instead of only boiled). Fantastic spotlessly clean pool area and bar tended to by A very helpful Costa. Will definitely return!! 👏👌🙂

It was very clean, the staff was incredible, very welcoming and nice. There were shops and restaurants very close to the location. It is 10 min away from the airport with taxi. There were buses to take you all over the island. In short, an awesome experience.

The place is absolutely immaculate. Cosy, welcoming, safe and uber clean. The standard set by the hotel manager are so high which is difficult to describe, especially for an establishment like this one.

The host and the staff were both so kind and helpful. They take good care of the guest’ comfort. Good location, the room was nicely designed and cleaned daily. The bus stop was at an easily reachable distance of 5 minutes so it was easy to visit Heraklion city center. Shops, restaurants and bars were nearby. Special thanks to Estia for being so helpful with everything; truly the kindest host!

Absolutely nothing!

This hotel was a gem of a find. It is attractive, clean, well designed with a lovely pool area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is good, within walking distance from the beach and tavernas and close to many attractions, especially if you hire a car. The owner, Maria goes over and above to ensure your holiday is everything you want it to be. As do Katerina and Carlos. Warm and friendly, I cannot praise this place highly enough.

It was very hot outside and the AC works only when you are in the room, so you can’t leave it on to find the room cold when you come from the beach.

Very friendly staff, easy to get there from the airport(by bus 3 stations), everything was clean and nice. The breakfast was also very good.
