There is nothing we didn't like, everything was accordingly with our needs.

A very well placed location with an extraordinary view of the sea, right from the bed. An oasis of peace, perfect for those looking for relaxation. Easy access to the city and beaches, everything within easy reach by car or foot. The exceptional host, helped us with everything we needed. We recommend 100% and we definitely want to come back.

Very practical and lovely view. We had everything we needed. Even an equipped washing machine and Netflix. There is a private beach a few steps away and an easy way to get to the cliffs if you just want to watch the sunset. The beautiful lady owner made sure we were comfortable and even gave us gifts on our way home. Thank you!

This is not negative, but perhaps a sign on the apartments to help with locating it. The sat nav took us very close, but we were unsure which one it was until we saw Margarita waving.

Perfect quiet location, just a short walk into the main tourist area. Margarita was an exceptional host and couldn't do enough for us. The apartment had everything you needed. It was home from home and very clean. Lovely views.

The kitchen area is quite small. The bathroom is right near the bed and you can hear everything 😅. There is a glass wall covered with a curtain, which doesn't give you privacy. Bring some anti-mosquitoes repellents. The anti-mosquito net on the doors doesn't protect for 100%.

The location and the view are amazing 🤩. You will have all the facilities for cooking, cleaning etc. The owner is very friendly and helpful. In general appartment is very clean, cozy and comfortable with the big terrace where you can have a meal or just rest with the superb views.

The apartment is very clean, compact and equipped with everything you need. The terrace is a dream and a small beach is only a minute away. You can park your car right in front of the house. Margarita is a wonderful host and always available. She also cleaned the entire apartment once during our stay and changed towels etc. The internet is good and you can video call with a larger group. Maybe one notice: the access to the apartment is not barrier-free .

The internet is SO SLOW!!! But, as we learned already, it is the same all over Greece... So it is not really something about the apartament, but about Greece!

Perfect is the wright word! Everything you need or want is right there! The view is outstanding at any hour of the day. And Margarita is a great host! Congratulation, you made our stay în Neo Marmaras an unforgetable one!

The accommodation is very nice, namely the room/s is/are very clean, well equipped (kitchen includes everything that you need to cook and clean, the bathroom has towels and a hairdryer, the room has enough closets for the clothes, even a washing machine) and the view from the room and terrace is amazing. The location is placed about 10 min from the center and there are plenty of good restaurants near the house. Last but not least, the host was amazing, always there to help in case it was needed, she offered some good eating and visiting recommendations and made sure that our accommodation is tidy (towels, sheets and generally the house). Thank you!

For us, as is often the case, the catering facilities are not conducive to self-catering, but again, we always manage.

This is a very compact apartment, but designed uniquely to make the best use of the space. The very best thing about it was the huge terrace, with a BBQ, overlooking the sea. And the hosts, who were most welcoming and helpful whilst we were there. The grandmother of the family was always nearby. We could not understand her, but she was a truly lovely lady!

Sorry, the apartment just did not work for us. Frankly, we are a bit surprised by all the excellent/near perfect reviews. The beams in the bedroom and bathroom were low, so I had to be very careful not to hit my head (I am 6feet/182cm). As others have said, the bathroom set up was not good---the bathroom is separated from the bedroom by a glass shower door that does not extend to the ceiling and a curtain added on the outside for privacy. The bathroom glass door is about a meter from the bed. The shower area in the bathroom is not enclosed, so the bathroom gets wet when showering. The kitchen area has very limited surface area for preparing food or for just storing food. No space for a dinning table inside and unfortunately, the mosquitos were swarming one of the nights so we could not enjoy dining on the terrace that night. The host responded that most guests eat at restaurants.

Nice large terrace. Comfortable bed. Good washer with soap. A/C worked well. Very close to a small beach for swimming. Easy parking right in front (September). Good internet. The kitchen has more equipment than one could use. Nice views of the sunset from the road. The host was apologetic when I provided feedback when we checked out. The host asked for suggestions on how to improve things and said she would add a table for more surface space in the lounge/kitchen area.
