We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Everything was perfect about this property. The room was clean, the facilities were great, the breakfast was delicious. If you want to get away from all the craziness and partying of Malia. Its perfect. It’s calm and peaceful. It’s a short 10 min walk to Malia town, a good way to open your appetite.

IsraelThe sea is a bit far. In the room for two there is one door for either the toilet or the bathroom.
The staff! Especially Roger the manager. Always help us with a smile. The location is good, many restaurants in the area and across the road there is a good spa in Ikarus hotel. The food in the hotel is good and cheap. The room for 3 was big and cozy.

GermanyExternal guests using the pool, which seems to be open to other hotel guests for free?? It takes away from the exclusiveness for the paying guests at AnaSea. (And sort of feels like we are paying but they get in free). Area: Malia was too typically touristy for us, but AnaSea can't do anything about that.
My 18 year old daughter and I spent a few days at AnaSea. Extremely friendly, helpful and polite owners, family and staff. Thank you Maria, Roger and Dimitri and Marieke(?) at the bar, for everything! Even making some warm olive oil for us late at night for my daughters eye irritation. Simple and sufficient breakfast buffet including coffee, tea, fresh juice, fruit, vegetables, greek pastries, joghurt, honey, olives, delicious cakes etc. (we are plant based). Also Almond milk for our freddo cappucino. Very comfortable, large bed. Very clean. Gorgeous, gorgeous pool! Great cocktails! Lovely design! We will be back : ) You made our short holiday exactly what we needed and more! Thank you so much!

PolandI love this hotel but it needs to be stressed that its location is average at most - away from the sea and in town. But it’s quiet and really well designed. The backyard with a lawn and jazuzzies for the superior rooms give you a fantastic feeling of space and privacy (even though there is little space and little privacy).
The hotel is almost new with fantastic, modern but warm decor and very good use of the limited space (a small piece of land).

I felt so much at home in my two weeks stay in Anesea. We are family of 3 with a young children (4 years old). The room where we stayed is very convenient, I was even surprised that there was a small stove (very convenient for family with children). The pool and the mountain view from the pool is unbeatable. Atmosphere on the pool side was very relax, I never had a time to find spot to lounge on the pool. I had super nice smoothie, lunch, ice cream in the hotel ❤️. The location is superb, flat, so easy to walk/cycle/drive to surrounding area (we did all of these). We were greeted everyday with smile and warmness from Anesea team. Special thanks to Rogier to make our stay even more unforgettable. He was very nice to our daughter and we even had a lovely time with his children in the village where he lived in the mountain - not so far from Anesea by car (we were eating in a nice taverna based on his recommendation). If I can rewind this experience, I definitely would…big time!! Thank you for everything ❤️❤️ stay safe all…

A very hospitable family owned hotel close to beach and downtown in Crete. The hosts go out of the way to make sure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Enjoyed the sightseeing and food in Crete. The hotel inside is very new and rooms are super clean and well maintained. There was an electric stove in our room which came in handy for small cooking as well.
