The hill going to Fabrika bus terminal is very steep and narrow with lots of traffic. Once you get past that, you get into the town and there are more walking streets.

Nice clean room with a good view. Quiet location for Mykonos Town. Near the major bus stop for Mykonos Town. Angela was very friendly and helpful.

Everything was PERFECT ❤️

Our stay in Angela’s rooms couldn’t be better. Angela is a sweatheart, she was nice and helpful from the beginning. The rooms are spotless, comfortable (both beda and pillows which is something I don’t find often) and spacious. The terrace allows you to see the amazing Mikonos sunset 😍 It is 4 minutes walking to the town. Very good and affordable prices, I am planning to come back in September because we really enjoyed our time in Angela’s rooms!

The location in relation to Mykonosis town is perfect, just a 5 minute walk down the hill. Angela was incredibly welcoming and she pointed out all the highlights. Also the large bottle of water upon arrival was greatly appreciated. The room was large, the bed was most comfortable. Definitely would stay again and recomend to everyone!

A perfect stay with lovey hosts - I could not recommend this place more! The communication was great, Angela and Joanna were incredibly welcoming and accommodated all our requests with a smile. The room was spotless and spacious, and had everything we might need. The location is excellent too, situated in a quiet yet close to the town centre area. This is truly an deal place to stay in Mykonos.

The address was not obvious from main road. It would help to have a hotel sign on the main road, to avoid getting lost on the hilly road and track.

No breakfast included. I was happy that I had kettle, tea, coffee, milk, fridge, and bottled water in my room. Angela and her daughter were very welcoming and helpful. It is 5 mins walk to town.

The location is great, very close to the old city center and the old port. Angela and her dotter, Joanna, are great. They give us a lot of useful advices. The room was big, cleaning every day (a very nice lady). At departure, Angela give us two little presents (thanks Angela, the fish was very appreciated by our little dotter). We warmly recommend and would definitely come again. 20 minutes walking (downhill) from the airport. A beach is 10 minutes walking from the property.

Very easy to find, the owner provided a map with locations and eateries to check out. She encouraged us checking out Delos which was wonderful. Our rooms were cleaned daily and we were provided privacy and a balcony that overlooked the water. The space was wonderful and relaxing and just what we needed.

We enjoyed absolutely everything, it is a great location, 3minutes away from the bus station and old town, very clean, the perfect option for the most pleasant stay in Mykonos. Angela is amazing, we loved chatting with her, she was si nice to offer us beach towels and umbrellas since she know how expensive the beaches in Mykonos are 🙈, we even received a little souvenir from her when we left, she is an artist and everything looks really nice and homey. We totally recommend this location to everyone who is on a small budget but not necessarily, you can have a great vacation without spending thousands of euros

Great location, a short walk from the bus station and easy access to everything in Mykonos town. I caught a taxi from the airport for €20 as it was late and I didn’t want to wait for the bus but easy to catch the bus if needed, as very efficient. Lovely room, with everything I needed. Super clean and cosy. Extras to borrow such as beach towel and hairdryer with diffuser. Really friendly and lots of very helpful advise. I used the recommendations for dinner both evenings (Captains and Nikos) and for a delicious breakfast at Cosmos. A real gem and I am so glad I found it. Perfect start to my Greek island hopping adventure. Easy to walk in the morning to catch the bus to the new port for the ferry.

We had the perfect stay! Angela was so friendly and helpful with providing us useful information about the area upon our arrival. The room was beautiful and cleaned perfectly everyday. The beds were also EXTREMELY comfortable. The location is perfect - close to the beautiful town and also close to the bus stop to reach other main areas. Angela gave us a souvenir at checkout which was very sweet and much appreciated! We will definitely return!!

The whole place was Perfect. Location was 3 minutes from the main Bus station and we could be by the marina in 15 minutes walk. Very quite place and we got great sleep (Bed was soft but comfortable). WIFI worked well. Fridge and Kettle provided. Hosts were very helpful and on top of everything. Do not hesitate Just book.

These are a number of very well kept modern apartments set within Mykonos style buildings behind the hosts house. The whole site looks beautiful. The hosts are lovely people. Location is 5 minutes walk from the bus station and the start of the center of town.

Everything was fine.

Very clean and tidy, comfortable bed, fridge and kettle with Tea and coffee provided. Great aircon, nice bathroom and shower. Very handy for bus station, airport and town. Nice and quiet at night. Outside seating area. Don’t need to book expensive taxi to from port or Airport as bus within 5 minutes walk. Angela is a great host and is very helpful with information regarding restaurants , museums etc.
