From the moment we arrived everything was top tier, the location, the views, the staff and accommodation. We were shown around the hotel and its facilities by one of the many smiling and friendly staff, which set us at ease and made us feel instantly comfortable.

I liked everything but i wish they had more selection of restaurant.

The location was great but a car or transportation is a must if you want to leave the resort. All the staff are so patient and helpful. I enjoyed all the facilities and amenities , everything is almost brand new! The view, the infinity pool, everything is stunning!

The price of food was astronomical. I was expecting higher prices because that's what you get at a 5-star resort... But the cost of basic food was extremely high. And as the location is pretty far out of the way from nearby towns, grocery markets, and restaurants, guests have no choice but to rely on the resort for nutrition. This is mostly fine for meals, but especially for families with smaller children who require small snacks throughout the day (as opposed to 3 distinct meals), the cost would be too much. Especially without warning or information of what to expect.

The view and resort grounds were spectacular. Our room was also pretty good, although the some of the lights buzzed, outlets did not work, and there is a speaker that made very loud clicking one night that kept waking us up.

I would have to be picky to find some bad points but here are some: Our balcony didn't get the sun as we expected and was in the shade all day. When we arrived we weren’t told that we need to book the restaurant and a few other little bits that we missed They should have a shop in the resort so you can top up on bits easily rather than having to go to the local town each time.

There were many things I loved about this hotel including: The pool facilities were lovely. They provide fresh towels each day and there is a staff member who will help move your beds anywhere you need. The gym was great and had lots of machines for you to use There is a sauna and steam room in the indoor changing rooms. Unfortunately they are separated men and women so you can’t chill with your spouse The local shops are not too far and it’s a nice walk (30 minutes each way) There is a good coffee machine in the room The staff are friendly - Especially Mike who was brilliant and made our stay great. They give you plenty of water in your room to keep you hydrated

only being told to put my trainers on in the gym where there was no sign . I was using a bosu terra core which is actually best used when not wearing trainers which is the only reason I did it . Maybe a sign or two in future !

The wooden floor at the outdoor pool was slightly on the slippery side when wet. Not sure if anything can be done though.

Everything about this resort is amazing. Starting from the infinity pool to suits, from staff to food. Excellent value for money. Definitely coming back

This hotel would be a 10/10 for me if not for the issues we had with air conditioning which was not working in our room. Maintenance looked at it, but the problem persisted, so we had two sleepless nights, with the room temperature between 24-27 degrees at night. However, when we complained, staff were very accommodating and moved us to a better room - a suite. It was amazing, but the air conditioning was still not working. A third and final sleepless night at 25 degrees. Can only assume that air conditioning is turned off as it is early in the season. Also, the hotel is about a 40 minute bus ride into corfu itself, and as it was early in the season the private shuttle service to the bus stop was not running, so we had to walk the steep incline to and from the hotel to the bus.

An amazing hotel. The facilities were very luxurious, in particular the infinity pool and surrounding area, served by a pool bar. Both the indoor and outdoor pool were huge, with plenty of sun loungers. The location was amazing with incredible views of the sea and mountains, though if you wanted to spend most of your time in Corfu, I would recommend a car. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and always happy to help. Rooms were fabulous with private balcony. Multiple restaurants/eateries/bars to choose from with delicious food. Spa is beautiful and competitively priced.

Nothing to fault. If I had to scramble for a suggestion is having Netflix on the tv. Am sure there will be more activities when the season gets into full swing but just a suggestion … hotel organised group island drive tours would be a nice addition especially for those who don’t want to car hire/ avoid driving.

Was the perfect wellbeing break, great ambience . Property was absolutely amazing and the views of mountain and sea were breathtaking . So beautiful I didn’t think about doing many excursions. I went at the start of the season and really enjoyed the calm. The spa was amazing, one of the best treatments I have had. Special shout out to Dimitru the therapist, really good techniques. All the staff were friendly, made you feel at home. Another special mention to Katia (I really loved the room & hospitality), Nancy , George( A Lounge), Nikko….I didn’t quite catch other names at the breakfast team & housekeeping. Also loved the special touch of aromatherapy in my room, I came back to incense sticks set up on one of the days. Toiletries were amazing, would have loved to buy some to bring back. Food was good. Will definitely go back in a heartbeat. Corfu town was also easily accessible.

The only issue we had was air conditioning in the room, it was very warm in there and altering temp did not do anything. We managed but in peak of summer the temperature would be unbearable.

Generally our stay was very pleasant and everything was excellent. The only issue for us was the food in the hotel. The menu was boring. The poolside menu was better than anywhere else. We tried the Asian restaurant in the hotel. Unfortunately, the food was terrible and the waiter was very rude. But the restaurant manager realised this and sorted the rudeness very well and professionally. My wife ate, but I left hungry!

Like I said, we visited at the start of the quiet season, so most amenities were closed. It would have been good if some were open with skeleton staff so we could experience them - that's the FOMO talking!

Visited to celebrate our anniversary so they gave us a room upgrade, champagne and fruit platter on arrival which we really appreciated! Staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was really good with lots of tasty options. I also liked the Corfiot food in the restaurant as well. The panaramic views are amazing - the pictures dont do it justice!!! We visiting at the end of the holiday season, so a lot of the amenities ie the beach, activities, most restaurants and bars at the resort were closed. But we still at a good time - because it felt like we had the hotel to ourselves! They also accommodated early and super late check out!

no streaming channels only mirroring screens and my phone doesn’t have that - on a lazy day i wanted to watch netflix or not news. but it encouraged me to read my book instead 😂. dinner options could have been better for the prices they were charging.

Beautiful hotel, very warm and welcoming staff. George was so Friendly, made my stay at the hotel really pleasant. Spa facilities, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi were fantastic. there was no availability for a massage but the whole layout of the spa was lovely. infinity pool is a must although it was really cold nice dip in small sunshine i got. i recommend going during this period if you like a bit of peace and quiet. the hotel staff arranged a car to drop me to the bus station as it’s located on a hill. i could go on about this place forever. breakfast was good the first two days hotel was very kind to make it inclusive.
